Went there and manager on duty (Crystal)was not only rude to me ( the customer) but was being rude to one of the other workers. I used to like getting my gas and soda inside of there. Never went back since

This Arco( Oakley)Always great service & good prices.Gotta be careful on my reviews when it comes to Arco because i visit different ones in different cities & if not careful i may give a bad review on one who doesnt deserve anything less than 5 stars because of the way the reviews are set up.Oakley is always top shelf as opposed to the Oakland (Hegenberger rd)one & i patronize all Arco Stations .Oakland has some of the worst service along with the multitude of panhandlers who are not only aggressive but expect money from you for even speaking to you.The issues they have are very fixable.

I WAS a regular customer at ARCO because I loved their coffee in the morning and I used to get their coffee right after my morning walk. They went out of coffee cup sleeves. The coffee cup gets pretty hot without the sleeve. And since I get coffee right after my morning walk and I have to walk back home with the hot coffee it pretty much burns my hand. So I decided to double the cup so it wouldn't burn my hand. I was told I would rather have to A) burn my hand or B) pay extra $2 for an EMPTY cup. This is ridiculous! No one goes to get coffee and pay extra money for an empty cup because the gas station can't provide coffee sleeves. No longer will be going there. I value my hand and don't want it burned.

I always buy my gas there cuz it's a little cheaper. And have my car washed. The vacuums worked really well when they were new. But I think a lot of them are not because people are damaging them

The only minor thing we noticed is that the guy who helped us with the carwash was not wearing a mask. Not really a complaint, but the other employees all seemed to be wearing one. Gas prices were also higher than other local Arco stations. Otherwise, we were very happy with this location!

Clean, convenient, very friendly staff, great prices overall!! Managed very well, now. The only issue I have is with the extremely loud “dumpster pickups” at 5:30AM!! Wakes us all up everyday waaaaay too early!!! 😩 7 or 8am is a do-able time for that. Overall it’s a great Gas Station!!

Becky is an absolute nightmare of an employee. Does she have no perception of customer service? She was so rude to me but nice to the white customer. Have her take classes in how racism isn't ok. Jeff was nice and very helpful.

Employees are great at the car wash but they are the wash seems to just spray different foams on the car but leaves the same dirt spots all over the car that come off easy gliding a finger across. It's doing the same thing at this station and the sunset and Brentwood Blvd location as well. It's basically we pay for wash membership and get hosed off but stay dirty when we drive away.
