My bestie got my car detailed for me as an early holiday gift, and I am almost certain Joe swapped my car out for a different one. I can’t believe this car belongs to a single mama of two, accustomed to transporting little humans around in a mobile toxic waste dump. It feels like a brand new car. Joe and Noah gave my car the royal treatment, not to mention being great communicators, polite and friendly, warm and a pleasure to work with. They spent nearly three hours out there, going over every crevice and spots I wouldn’t even think to look for grime. Underneath my pedals? Check. That little cranny where my blinker lever meets my steering wheel? Got that, too. The sheer volume of brown unmentionable goo that came out of my car was disgusting but awe-inspiring. If your ride needs a little love, I don’t hesitate to recommend Joe and his team.

Short on time and with 2 very dirty cars, I had Joe come to my house to detail them. His appointment times were very convenient. He was on time, super nice and very professional. His rates are very reasonable for such a convenient service. Joe left the area very clean and the cars were sparkling! Joe is amazing! One of the nicest guys I’ve met and truly a genuine and honest man. The first time he detailed my car, I was just weeks from having my baby and he made sure the car was detailed in such a way that would be safe and chemical free to bring my new born home in! Something fell off in the car and he went out of his way to fix it for me for free.- and came to my house on our schedule (newborn!) totally stress free! I’d highly recommend him to anyone who wants a super clean car but more importantly from someone who understands what customer service really is all about! I have been using Prime Time Detail Pros for quite a while now and I have to say, I cannot be happier with the service. I have a Tesla that I baby like my child and Joe knows that and treats it exactly like I do. He knows how I like things to look and smell. He gets all the teensy-weensy details and it sparkles like new money when they’re done. They team is always respectful of the environment not using excessive water and they keep the area around the car clean. No excessive noise while cleaning the car. Wow. Prime X Ceramic Coating & Detailing absolutely knocked it out of the park with my truck. I had an unfortunate pet accident that left a smell I honestly thought would never go away. Joe came out and completely eliminated it, and I mean non-existent. On top of that, he went above and beyond by removing sun spots and giving the entire truck a top-tier detail.
