Because we paid for just exterior wash they pit us aside and put everyone in front of us. That's bulls hit will never go there again we ask for ate money back and left. Wash the car myself

No spot free rinse even though it’s advertised. The water in this valley is too hard for non treated water on dark cars! When I asked the guy working there about it he just shrugged his shoulders and kept walking. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This is the 4th time i pay like 20$ to not get spot free rinse my tires not getting clean with their wheel ND tire cleaner. I end up spots all over.the blower in my many times im there dont work so i go to Another staul and it might work and then ^ 1 or more that i need %% to do over agIn:;; so my truck looks like a 2 yr old wShed it

This place is horrible. I had lost many tines a dollar trying to get the drying towels and the machine does not work and it does not give me my money back neither. The vacuum machines barely suck. The soap comes up way too much. There is no number or employees around to request money back when the machines don't work. There is not even a number to call. Very expensive to wash your car and the timer goes way to fast.

Machines don't work all functions correctly or at all, can't even use all options, been like this for over 20 years hardly go to this car wash because of this and everytime I do I get cheated from my money , refunds are a pain to get if at all, this car wash is the worst oht of the 4 DIY car washes in the valley

Has everything a car wash has and it's CHEAP! slide your tokens in and start washing. I can wash my car quickly and I personally haven't had problems with the machines stealing my money and I go there quite often. They provide all the necessities there so no need to bring anything extra unless you use certain items! The hose are clean and the vacuum is very powerful. The water runs longer then most self car washes I've been to so it's a plus if you like to take your time!

Maintenance is a bit spotty at this car wash. It's a do it yourself facility, and you can get a pretty good wash for about $3 when it's working. However, the "spot free rinse" is often out of order, and there is no warning posted. So this morning's wash is going to leave water spots.

Hands down worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Machines barely work and the air dryer blows worse than a hair dryer. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

I'd like to give it 5 stars but this evening I was trying to wash my work truck and 4 of the dollar coins that there machine gave me would not work no matter how many times I tried so I wasn't able to finish washing my truck kinda disappointing!

I went to the car wash to get a wash use $5 I had laying in my car by the time I was done using the $5 I had soap all over my car and just needed to rinse I didn't want to use my $20 bill and they're changing machine was broken I went to go ask the worker on site and didn't want to help me when I was asking for help with the change I was sent to call a number on the wall and called three times and no pickup and transferred to the voicemail automatically I only needed a dollar in change just for a rinse and wasn't trying to use my $20 I went back to the worker and was pointed somewhere else due to him not wanting to help I took my loss and came with the review wasn't very happy with this interaction and I've been coming here for a minute kind of bummed out there was no change machines or anything

Never too crowded here and overall a good wash but be careful with the spot free rinse. Some of the bays are good while others will leave your car spotted and looking like you did not wash your car. I had left a message on their phone but never heard back from them. In a sense, I'm glad I didn't hear back because that caused me to look elsewhere for car washes. My family and I now take our cars to a place that's actually closer to us and does keep equipment running great.

It was good at some years ago Now it's a dump , Vacuums don't have strong suction or sometimes doesn't work, The Car wash soap actually leaves residue after you wash and dry so what's the point - It's Always dirty the floor the bays ,walls The Credit card readers don't work .. literally 2 out of 6 bays have a working credit card reader and sometimes they don't even work The upkeep just isn't there -When you have a business in a city like Hemet you should stay on top of everything don't let the City chew up your business and spit it out - Im only making this review because this car wash has been like this for the last 2 years I've noticed. But...2 years before that it was very decent and I would frequently it weekly now I drive out of the way to use the self Car wash on Florida and Ramona about 2 miles down in a straight line because it's clean and they are using better products no residue after wash air dryer works, bays are clean business is up kept..Today 9/11/25 I used the vacuum that barely works .so I have to keep vacuuming same spot and before you know it the times done before I even get to the driver side floor - ok - so I go to wash in the bay in front of me and the credit card reader is taped up and the bay floor was muddy ..I just left I'm not going to Waste my time and money You got a dollar out of me for a no suction vacuum...keep it.Wishing this establishment the best.

Waste of money. I put quarters in the machine to get an air freshener. It took the money an I got nothing. Also, the time seems shorter when you put money to wash or vacuum. This place is very rundown and not maintained. Don’t go here.
