No change machine, nor other vending such as dry towel, leather cleaner, not enough trash cans. ( I kept finding more trash after the initial trash can use) Other than those issues, the place was super clean, good wash... Love the light show!

The monthly wash club is a good value. Vacuum’s work great. Nice touch with carts that hold spray bottles and towels to wipe interior or exterior. The compressed air by the vacuum is a great feature.

Really impressive car wash compared to some of the unmanned options around here. While I was deciding what car wash I was greeted by a nice woman who gave me an air freshener, and assisted me with the choices. Also the free bug wash at the front as you pull in is awesome! The machine did a great job on my full sized truck, and definitely has me considering the monthly subscription!

I live next to the Bunge grain elevator and it constantly spews dust onto all the homes and vehicles around here. This car wash keeps my truck looking pretty. Easy in. Easy out. Good vacuums. Polite courteous staff. It's become the best part of my ride to work. I wash my truck almost every day!

The two young gentlemen working and assisting are very polite and eager to make sure they do a prescrub! It’s why I go here and NOT the other new car wash that just opened (down the street, they do not do a prerinse or scrub for you before entering). You even get goodies , dash wipe and air freshener! The vacuum area is always clean and tidy and has clean towels for drying.

Had a bad visit with them went to the car wash and my whole car wheel came off her the noise as I was going into the car wash machine , the manger stated they will fix it but turn around and say my car piece by my tire was hanging already when it clearly shown nothing was hanging before I went in . The manger stated that she will contact me and she fail to do that I had to go up there myself and see what was going on because they don’t answer they phones they be sitting right in the office letting the phone ring so I was able to get they personal phone number and when I did speak to the lady who was over the place she was saying she couldn’t fix it because she said my car piece was hanging already when it clearly shows in the video it wasn’t.

*Posting on behalf of Jamel F.* Avoid this place as my car was damaged at this car wash on August 06 while I was cleaning my windows. I noticed scratches on my car and immediately informed one of the workers. Upon further inspection, I discovered scratches in four different areas. The employee said they would get the manager/supervisor, but instead returned with an incident report. I took pictures and completed the report as instructed. When contacted by Tracy, he informed me that they needed to review the security footage. After the review, Tracy relayed to me that his boss claimed the scratches were already present on my car before entering the car wash. I requested to review the footage myself, and Tracy agreed. During our viewing, he pointed out a certain area on my car and said, "These scratches were already here." I responded by saying that I had no scratches in that particular spot and requested to see the rest of the footage. He replied, "Those were the only scratches found," referring to the incident report that listed multiple scratches. Once again, I emphasized that there were no scratches in the area he pointed out, and I offered to show him the actual scratches present on my car. We went outside, and I displayed all the scratches, providing accompanying pictures as evidence. Tracy took additional pictures and mentioned that they would need to review the footage once more. He later called and informed me that his boss refused to accept responsibility for the scratches, maintaining that they were already there. This contradicted our previous conversation where Tracy had shown me scratches in a specific area where there were none. I reiterated this to him, emphasizing that he had not shown me any scratches at all. I requested a copy of the recording, to which Tracy initially agreed, but he later stated that the recent storm had caused some technical issues, delaying the process. I am currently awaiting the recording. Additionally, I needed certain information for a police report. Initially, Tracy claimed that his boss had reviewed the footage and provided the necessary details. However, when I asked for the name of the person who conducted the original camera review, Tracy revealed that he had done it himself.

Been sitting here for 9 minutes now and have only moved 1 spot. I appreciate the attendants hosing down each vehicle but when you have a line of cars backed past the kiosks, they can't completely brush everyone's entire vehicle before entering. The self serve wash station when you enter is for that. If the line is short sure it's a great service, but when there are 12 cars in line waiting, it's not a service that is appreciated because of the time it takes.

Owners really care about their customers! Great service from prewash to free vacuums. They have the best vacuums because they are under shade, powerful air blasters for tough dust, and the car wash is second to none! No left over dirt!

I was a member of this car wash, a monthly member since it opened. Today the service was horrific. My rear wiper fell off it was intact as I pulled in. When I left my wiper was missing. This was a new wiper and the young men looked for it. The manager said that he wasn’t responsible for my wiper. Well…you have lost a good customer and a few more. I am telling everyone how the manager did nothing to compensate me. He could have replaced just the wiper or even offer me a free wash or refunded me. Bad and poor service. I have my own company and would never do to my clients what he did today. The young boys weren’t in the wrong. I understand if something is loose or broken already that they cannot be responsible. But this was totally uncalled for and the way he treated me, a long time customer is not satisfactory. Shame on him and I will see this business fold. No one wants to be treated like that. No one. So I told all the other customers what happened. They no longer will go back either. So straighten up your management or lose your business. Totally unprofessional. Sad and sorry owners.
