This place doesn’t know how to take car or cars and hand drying is the worst they leave so many water spots First off they use a bristle brush to clean all the dirt off which scratches the paint you are suppose to rinse off first the scrub not backwards no wonder it was only 20 bucks The two youngsters are really lazy at drying the car this is the worst car wash I ever been too !!!

Just brought my Lincoln MKC (SMALL SUV) They upcharged my wash $5 for being a large vehicle! They ended up giving me $5 cash back and told me not to come again! BELIEVE ME I WON'T!!!

Service is not good. I paid 30 dollars for a outside wash,didnt wash good. I came in no cars i thought it was going to be fast but they let 2 other cars first. Dont recommend and wont go again for their service.

I've never felt my car jolt so much when being guided into the guide railings. I would have gladly backed up, turned etc, if it would mean my car would not be potentially damaged. NO thank you

Staff was hustling, price was good. All the time I needed with vacuum and rags and every spray. Really cool that you can DIY detail after the wash and everything was there available to use.

They very friendly, fast and good. Their do it yourself dogwash is excellent. Its fenced in, so if your dog jumps out it won't get away. The tub is big and raised up so you don't hurt your back. After you can get gas, propane and groceries in the front. Nice place....Nice people😀

I paid $23 to have the inside done also. I asked if they could get my back window which they did but, there was still dirt on the carpets they didn't move the seats to vacuum and they didn't even wipe the dash boards off or the console. Will never use their services again.

I stopped by due to Penguins being closed and my car in need of a wash. I was very impressed. I think I found my new go to for a car wash. The gentleman cleaning the inside did a fantastic job. Will be back no doubt.

I was really disappointed this time. I paid for the deluxe service and when I got home I noticed that they didnt vaccum the back of my mini van or clean up the spilled chocolate milk. Which was the reason I went there in the first place. They didnt wipe out any of the inside doors. They left sand in the carpet and dint wipe down the center console. I won't be going back.

Great customer service! My car was quite dirty as I work near and park on a dirt lot. The nice guy scrubbed my car and then sent me through the wash. My car looks great and that was just the basic package.

I brought my car in on Sunday, Oct. 25 for a car wash. I own a black car and keep it looking new given the color. That means washing it everyday and waxing it once a month. So I have intimate knowledge of my car. So when I left and got home and started to wipe off the remaining water. I found where the bottles they were using to clean the front and rear window was set on my hood and trunk which left rings from where they were set down and then they were dragged across and scratched the paint. I contacted the car wash and spoke to who identified as the manager. I explained what I discovered. He asked to bring the car back. I brought it back within 20 min. When I arrived I was met by a lady I proceeded to show her the issue. At which time she said we didn’t do that. She started to get argumentative and walked away at which point she got on the phone to who she said was the owner. About 5 minutes later I was confronted by a gentleman who immediately started to berate me. He stated “I’m a millionaire and that you are a WHITE F**K”. I was taken back. He started pushing up on me. I attempted to leave and continued to get aggressive. So I left and told him I would be contacting the police. I contacted the Hollister Police and filed a report PEOPLE should be ware of this establishment and the damage they cause and take no responsibility for.

These guys work hard to make sure that you were satisfied with their car wash. They start with spraying your car down with bug dissolver followed by pressure washing the entire vehicle. But then goes through we automated brushes. Out the other end to the detail area where they Are waiting for you to dry it off and apply tire treatment on. A word of caution if you’re driving a big pick up truck is pretty tight corners. Although I was just passing through when I use this facility I certainly will be back

Like other reviews: rings left on the paint from the cleaning bottles.. Dirty rags. My wife took my car to get washed, and I told her I was more concerned about getting the interior clean since I had just washed the exterior a few days ago. She expressed this to the employee checking her in and was charged $32 accordingly. Unfortunately we only received a very basic wash and interior wipe down / vacuum. Please see the photos =/ does it look clean to you?
