Easy to pay. The lady at the entrance explained every option. It was fast. The line moved right along. The free vacuuming is a plus. Plus free use of their towels. Today I got the $24 wash with wax. Car looks great.

Super convenient location, pretty reasonable prices, a lot of vacuums and tools to clean the interior of your car. Super friendly staff—especially Randell, who greets customers with a smile as they are about to go into the car wash. Would highly recommend this place.

The car wash isn't working. There's no water, and the last roller won't go down. It's terrible, driving around in a foamy machine. This is getting to be too much. Management isn't responding.

This Car Wash is amazing! I have gotten monthly memberships for all my cars! The drive thru wash cleans everything off perfectly without leaving any scratches! The vacuums are brand new at Stud Stop, which is rare, since most car washes got super old, barely functional vacuums. Over all an Amazing Car Wash, highly recommend!!!

I’ve been washing my car here. Great wash, great amenities. They recently increased the price for basic wash from $10 to $15. Same thing but now a 50% price jump. :/

MANAGER JOSEPH HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!! He banged on my window because my foot was on my break switching it to neutral!!! And then proceeded to give me this horrible look as I explained to him that MY car requires my foot to be on the breaks when switching to natural!!! I told him that every time I come to the location me and have him the same encounter and his reply was well get it together!! Today was different HE BANGED ON MY WINDOW!!!! I immediately canceled my $44.98 a month subscription because I refuse to be treated like this from a car wash!! Let’s add that I’m a woman I’m sure he wouldn’t have done this to any man! He needs to learn that some cars require a brake before nutural

The car wash I picked was misrepresented due to lack of staff experience. I took my time and came back to sort it out with the manager before I left negative review but he/she was on lunch so I left my phone number for the manager to call me or just issue refund. 2 weeks later never got a call back. Wouldn’t come here again, there are much better options in the area with better price and better quality wash. $15 for basic wash and service like this? No thanks

Came here few times paid $15 per wash. Today decided to sign up for monthly. The guy gave me 9.99 deal per month. Than he said he needs pascal card. Than he made me use their website to sign up but price came up to $31 instead of 9.99zSo after wasting like 20 min, I got no wash and simply left… good car wash, crappy service. Management sucks

I also want to thank Cassandra, one of the employees, who always has such a positive and cheerful attitude with customers. I also want to thank the crew in general. Additionally, I want to mention that the car wash itself offers many benefits, such as being open seven days a week with extended hours, providing great advantages for drivers, reasonable rates, and a convenient location, making it very convenient for people who work with cars. ¡Por supuesto! I just started coming here to get my car washed.My first visit the guy at the pay station was very nice and explained how it works.Now on e I got to the washing part they guy banged on my window talking about how it works in a very rude way.2nd visit young lady taking payment was very nice and the guy in the washing area was cool.3rd visit I get to the pay station I pay and I realized I didn't get a air freshener I asked the guy for one he rudely responded If you don't ask you won't get one I asked was he a manager he was like yeah I'm asst.manager I was like you didn't have to respond so rudely.He needs a lesson on customer service

I’ve spent over a decade in people management with a Fortune 500 company, so I understand that there are times when customers aren’t in the right—though that should be clear and egregious, and never confronted in a confrontational way. This morning (around 7:10 am), I visited Sud Stop on Hallandale Beach Blvd to use my monthly membership for a quick wash. Upon entering, I noticed two tall plastic cones placed inside the curb, spaced in a way that did NOT clearly suggest a lane closure. I assumed they were part of an opening/closing setup and that the facility was open, which may have been an incorrect assumption. While maneuvering my SUV with larger tires, I clipped one cone and it fell over. When I reached the entrance, I also saw a ladder inside the equipment area, which indicated the station might be closed. I exited and began cleaning my interior. At that point, an older gentleman (appearing to be a manager or supervisor) approached and asked, “Why did you run over my cones?” The tone and timing of the question felt unnecessary and put me on the defensive. I explained that I hadn’t clearly understood whether the lanes were blocked, and I didn’t intend any damage. I suggested perhaps spacing the cones differently, then this guy stated, “maybe I should have 3 out there.” Turned and walked away. If this person is the face of Sud Stop’s management, I would expect a more professional and customer-focused approach, especially with customers who are simply trying to understand a situation and use a service they’ve paid for. At this point I will cancel my membership and loudly express my dissatisfaction with customer service, and dissuade anyone from a membership. It is too bad because the product isn’t bad.

I recently visited Sud Stop Car Wash after receiving a free coupon for their Signature Car Wash, and I’m so glad I decided to try it out! The whole experience was fantastic. They offer a ton of amenities, including air blowers, vacuums, towels, glass cleaner, and even mat cleaners for that extra clean touch. I also appreciated the pre-wash area and the shady spots to keep cool while getting everything just right. My car came out looking amazing, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The brushes leave deep scratches on the car. As a loyal customer for the past few months, I had recently decided to reopen my account, hoping for a satisfactory experience. However, after my visit yesterday, I was disappointed to discover that significant scratches have been left on the left side of my vehicle, specifically on the rear left door. This situation is completely unacceptable, and it has raised my concerns about the quality of service provided. I have previously canceled my membership due to similar issues, and it is frustrating to encounter such problems again after giving your establishment another chance. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly.

Been a sudstop member for months now and have to say this is the best car wash I’ve been to. The actual car wash itself is everything you can ask for with a total wash of my car while being speedy which helps when I don’t have much time. There are so many vacuums available that I’ve never had to wait for one to be available. Additionally, their staff are some of the friendliest I’ve met. One of their attendants Antonio was very kind and friendly, helping me out with anything I needed while I cleaned the inside of my car. That level of customer service is something rarely seen at car washes given the amount I’ve been to. This place has over delivered what I expected for the membership!
