Very disappointed, stole $120 for supposedly Interior shampoo, that was not done, after I saw my car that they told me was done, I asked why they didn’t shampoo my carpets, I saw him hitting my car carpets with the back of this little cheap vacuum and trying to vacuum the carpets with the tip of the hose, I saw how it was doing nothing ( while calling it shampooing my carpets) my car was left dirty, I don’t even know if the wax was done, since my car looks the same.. I paid $120 for a car wash that I could have just paid $20 . Then he said he will come back and wash the car for free to make it up to me, but he never showed up.

There is nothing like riding in a clean vehicle. Father and son had my Lexus like new!!! Definitely will have it done again.
