Today had steam clean on engine and undercarriage of 2016 Subaru Outback. Oil cap had been left off and oil went all over engine & undercarriage; our mechanic recommended Stockton Auto Steam. They did an excellent job; time and quote were as they said; just under two hours and between $350-400. Engine looks new. Cleaned under battery as well then washed the car! I would return.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at this car wash. The service felt rushed, and I had to point out several areas that were missed, like the wheels and interior. While they did touch up those spots, the overall attention to detail was lacking, and it felt like they were only doing the bare minimum.

There was literally dirt everywhere after they cleaned they had spread it even on the seat even the vaccum is don’t properly u can still see particles everywhere worst wash I would rather pay 50/ 60 bucks outside for detailing than here , this might feel cost is low but it is not for car cleaning only better just washing car with water wiping water..

AVOID coming here. Brought up that they didn’t wash the top of my car and they wanted to charge me to do a detail clean, sorry but when did washing the top of the vehicle involve that? Brought it up to the manager that I could lick my finger and literally get the spots off and he said they do a brush on top, which they didn’t. He literally walked away from me after I told him, no resolution. Absolutely terrible service, despite the price, go somewhere else.

This place is a joke. I asked them to vacuum, wipe down the dashboard, clean the windows, and wipe down the seats. The guy quoted me $190. When I complained about the price, it was lowered to $90. I reminded them that they had cleaned my entire car in the past for $60, and then they offered to do it for $80. These guys are crooks. I recommend going elsewhere, like Pacific Car Wash down the street, where you won't be overcharged and the pricing remains consistent.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service at this car wash. I ordered a comprehensive cleaning: washing, vacuuming, and a wet wipe inside. In reality, they vacuumed only about a third of the interior, left the floor mats untouched, crumbs were still on the seats, and no wet wipe was done anywhere. I had to point out these issues, and they refused to fix them. The quality of service is absolutely terrible, I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Worst rip off Carwash if you can even call it that. They charged $36.75 for a so called full wash and it took them 7 minutes and the car was wet and dirty when they finished. Terrible wash and worst customer service. I would not waste $5 on their wash.

I go here because they offer no extra frills, it’s just a straight handwash and interior vac (if you choose that option as well). It’s cash only, so go to an ATM or get some cashback at the Whole Foods across the street. The exterior wash and quick interior clean takes a few minutes. I usually just paid $10 for the exterior wash and $20-25 for the full service

I wish zero stars existed. One of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had. I went in the afternoon when the place was nearly empty so there was no excuse for the rushed and careless job. They didn’t even vacuum the seats or floors until I specifically asked them to. After the wash the car was still wet and the wheels weren’t touched whatsoever. It felt like they just wanted to get it over with as fast as possible. Super unprofessional and really disappointing. Definitely not coming back. Plz DON'T GO THERE

For the price and service, this spot has always been the place to get your car washed. Current price is as low as 10bucks for an exterior wash, and they are quick and efficient. Today I brought my roofless classic and they were very cautious and considerate while cleaning it. But I was in n out in less than 10 minutes….and their team handled biz. I’ve been coming here for years, today’s service reminded me why.

Paid $30 for a hand wash and it was an absolute disappointment. They missed multiple areas on the exterior, left visible spots on the windows, and somehow managed to vacuum up all my meter change and my work key. I had to drive back just to retrieve what they took. Honestly, the state of the business should’ve been a warning ;messy, disorganized, and clearly not focused on quality or customer care. Between the poor wash and the careless handling of my belongings, this place is a hard “never again.”

I wouldn’t go back, they rushed me out through everything and didn’t do a good job. I asked to shampoo my seats and they seemed like they didn’t want to do it, they said they’ll do just one seat or and said it would be $100 extra when I asked them to do all the seats. When they were done they left the cups holders and door handles dirty and I asked 3 times to wipe it again and every time it was still left dirty (we both see it’s still dirty and he didn’t care). I got tired of them and left. I do not recommend anyone go here even if you’re looking to save money.

Don’t waste your money they will be done with your car in five minutes . They didn’t vacuum or wipe anything down . Maybe it’s because I’m black they just didn’t care about my car being clean
