was my favorite. I’m not in town enough to do the monthly anymore but a single car wash for now is $18. They stopped for riding towels so I think I’d rather just go to the completely self service place. It cost five dollars.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I went through the car wash and around to the vacuums like I would any car wash. I vacuumed and was looking for rags, so I asked an employee. The employee said the rags were out. Not even 2 minutes later I was approached by an employee that I had no interaction with AT ALL. He came and said that the vacuum time was up when I wasn’t using the vacuum but then I proceed to hear someone over the intercom basically state everything the employee said and added that any confrontation with employees will result in being banned. I was the only one he approached when there was people there longer than me. I was very uncomfortable as a woman and felt like I was being racially profiled and singled out. Just wanted to share my experience because based off of this experience I will not be back.

usually i come to do my own wash/vacuuming and it’s always great, but today i went to treat myself and get my car hand washed, vacuumed, and a wipe down on the interior including the seats. it looks good at first glance but they definitely missed obvious spots that shouldn’t be missed especially for how expensive it is. i definitely won’t be returning after this because when you pay for a service especially at their price point, you’d expect it to be done correctly.

I finally found a car wash that does a really good job. My car looks clean, detailed, and well taken care of. The staff were professional, friendly, and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Used to Be Great — Now Just Disappointing I used to love coming here. For $25, you got a decent car wash with foam, thorough rinsing, and access to microfiber towels to wipe off any remaining spots, clean the dashboard, and vacuum the interior. It felt like a full, satisfying service. Now, they’ve removed the towels — you can only buy them — but the price stayed the same. The foam doesn’t actually clean well, and stains on the car are still visible afterward. The staff member who wipes the car at the end barely does anything. The inside dust is left untouched, and nothing feels truly clean anymore. It’s frustrating to pay the same amount for less effort and worse results. Really disappointing to see the quality go down like this.

I’m not a car person by any means, but this car wash makes me want to be! The car wash itself was great and felt longer than others I've been to, with more passes of the rollers. There were two men at the beginning who scrubbed the front and back of my car. I appreciated the one guy who put in a little extra effort to try and scrub the bird poop off my windshield. The vacuums were pretty busy, and I had to wait about five minutes for one to open up. The vacuum itself was standard, but I was very impressed with the high-pressure air cleaning tool, the glass cleaner, and the complementary clean rags with a designated area for the dirty ones. The music was pretty good too. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience here and now I want to keep my car cleaner!

This place used to be an excellent, quick option for a car wash but it has gone downhill in recent months. Each wash is accompanied by new scratches on your car like they haven’t cleaned their brushes in weeks. Also, if I’m paying $20+ per wash, it’s insane that there are no longer rags provided in the vacuum area or consistently people with rags to remove streaks and spots after the wash. There are significantly better options for a car wash in the area so I recommend you avoid this one.

At first, I used to love this place because it does a good job on cleaning, but after taking it so many times, little by little, i kept getting scratched in my car. I didn't know if it was from the car wash or something else. My husband told me to take pictures before I washed it, and that's when I noticed that my car did get scratched after washing it. If you have a red car or black black, be very careful with this place because the scratches will be very noticeable. These machines do a great job of cleaning tough spots but do come with a negative side that it scratches your car. It's up to you if you want to take a risk of getting your car damage. I'm canceling my membership because it's not worth my money.

If I have a monthly membership and this really helps out since I park outside. They do try to get cars through pretty quick. I've only had a few occasions where they've missed a spot. Typically on the back of their car. I have wondered how often they clean the brushes. My last visit, they looked pretty gummy with detergent. I'v trying to cancel your membership. Is near impossible. I've talked with management and you pretty much have to put a stop to your credit card. I'm a little disappointed they've taken away the drying rags at the dry and vacuum station.

Good spot for a good value wash. I was doing research to see which place to wash my car. Ultimately coming down to cost and other reviews to ensure no weird issues have come up. They have deals on Tuesdays for Toyotas for $5 off any wash, although you still need to mention it to the attendant to get the discount. Otherwise, they have morning deals as well. Their standard basic wash is $15. There was no line when I went. Their wash is definitely longer than other car washes I've been to (comparing to quick quack). I had to drop a star for broken vacuums and just not having very many stations...so if you go during peak hours, be prepared to wait or skip vacuuming altogether if you're in a rush. I will definitely be back...and hope the vacuum side gets better!

I made the mistake of bringing my Tesla here, it was my fault because clearly the manual instructions says to avoid automatic car washing machines. My front windshield is scratched, there are a few chips. Before they were NOT there. And a scratch on my bumper. It was NOT there. Most likely something was in the machine. Additionally big parts of the car were still dirty. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place if you don’t want to encounter into a $$$ to fix your car. Especially if you have a Tesla.

I love this place! Carlos has given me the best customer service you could ask for. It's an outstanding and reasonably priced wash with a quick cleaning from two people before you even go into the wash itself. Everything is tip free which is a rarity in this day and age! Included in the price are use of the excellent vacuums, rags, and a solution to clean your windows and the inside of your vehicle. Highly recommend!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but we had a disappointing experience at this car wash. We brought in a used car and requested an interior detailing. The employee insisted that it needed to go through the car wash first. We explained that we had already done that here the day before and had a good experience, but he didn’t listen and took it through anyway. Like others have mentioned, our car ended up with a noticeable scratch on the wheel from the wash. The interior detailing was also poor. The employee focused mostly on the exterior and only gave the inside a quick wipe with a dry towel. The cup holders, door pockets, handles, center console, and glove box were still sticky and had crumbs inside. We asked him to redo it, but even after that, the interior was still not clean.

My car was practically destroyed by malfunctioning wash brushes. When the conveyor started after the first hit, the next brush hit the car again. Manager told me to leave the car wash area and not interfere with its operation. He also laughed and said I had no chance in court because they constantly win cases and are not held liable for damages.
