Horrible experience. The employee only sprayed one side of my vehicle, and the wash did not dry the car properly. When I requested a refund, it was refused. Instead, I was told to run the car through the wash again, which I was not comfortable doing after the initial poor service. Very disappointing.

As a Sunnyvale resident and a U.S. Army serviceman, I always try to respect and understand how hard people work — especially in customer-facing jobs that come with pressure and long hours. However, my recent visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. One of the staff members, wearing a black gator mask, was extremely rude and even tried to argue and use offensive language in his own dialect. It was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. I stayed calm and chose not to escalate the situation, but this kind of behavior can easily ruin a customer’s day and tarnish the business reputation. I understand everyone has bad days, but frustration should never be taken out on customers. Please address this issue and ensure better training and accountability for your employees. No customer should be treated with disrespect, no matter how busy the day gets

Great car wash spot. For 18$, you get car wash and self cleaning equipment for internal car cleaning. You get enough time to thoroughly clean your car with wash cloths and vacuum. Will definitely visit again

Simple but good! Towel dry service after wash is very effective and good! First time visitor can get a free wash with gasoline purchase. Cost 12-15 per wash otherwise. I’m satisfied anyway.

Worst car wash experience ever. My car came out looking worse than when it went in. The equipment wasn’t working, yet no one at the entrance informed us, nor was there any disclaimer posted. Despite charging a premium price, they couldn’t even deliver a basic wash. The soap, dirt, and dust were all still there. Highly recommend avoiding this place for any kind of service. If I could give a 0 star, I would.

worst 15 dollar I spent in 2025. The silver car wash option cost 15 dollars and last for 30 seconds. It missed so many unclean spots that I have to clean them manually. The staff said no free wash for new costumer so don’t believe what those reviews said

Went there even after looking at many 1 star reviews as I was in a hurry. The wash doesn't last even for 30seconds and for 15$. There are way better places for $11ish and do a good job. This is a rip off and does a very bad job. My car was cleaned 30% probably. Avoid this place. Edit: lol, the audacity of this guy despite running the worst car washes ever.

Scratched my vehicle. When I politely brought this to their attention, they denied any possibility of doing so (even though these issues are apparently not uncommon with these types of car washes) and said I couldn’t prove it. Refused to compensate in any way for hundreds of dollars worth of damages. I would recommend filtering for 1-star reviews and notice how they never admit fault or take responsibility in any circumstance. While the damage was unintentional, the company’s response shows a lack of ethics. Would stay away from this business. — follow up to company’s response — Of course, I would be happy to provide proof of using your wash—you never asked for it during our in person discussion, when I brought the damage to your attention. You have said in response to other negative reviews that you maintain video footage that details the condition of vehicles as they enter and exit the wash—we could review such footage to substantiate the claim that your wash caused the damage. This, of course, was not offered, as you’re aware such damage is consistent with damage typical of your type of car wash, when brushes pick up debris from other vehicles that can scratch subsequent vehicles. You offered to correct your mistake without admitting liability, but you did not mention in your response here that during our conversation you said it would be several weeks until you could get to it—the damage should be corrected promptly. I will give you another chance to earnestly investigate the claim, which is the right thing to do. Otherwise I will have to choice but to seek legal action.

DON’T GO! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here today. I brought my car in for a standard wash, and it came out with a noticeable new dent and a long red scratch on the driver side door. My car had no such damage prior to entering the wash. When I immediately brought this to the manager's attention, he was dismissive and completely unhelpful. He denied that their equipment could have caused the damage and refused any kind of reimbursement for the repair costs.

Incredibly disappointed. I’ve gone to this car wash pretty regularly. It has gone down hill. The 10 second dryer does nothing. They got rid of the worker that dried the vehicle a little bit more. You are only provided “semi damp cloths” now to dry your vehicle. I have always paid for the $20 wash, and they no longer spay your car down for the bug/bird mess. You could can do better.

Extremely disappointing experience. I would never recommend this car wash to anyone—completely a waste of both money and time. These photos were taken after two consecutive washes, and the results speak for themselves. The equipment is outdated, and they seem to use the bare minimum amount of soap. In contrast, I highly recommend Stevens Creek Xpress Car Wash. For the almost same price, you receive far superior service, including a thorough exterior clean, free vacuum stations, and napkins to wipe down your car's interior. It’s a much better value overall. I would drive extra miles for this place. (After this horrible experience I literally drove to Stevens Xpress Car wash and purchased a monthly membership again)

OK now we go to car washes to have a fun party and we play the car wash song. The wash itself is 60 seconds and then there’s another 30 seconds of drying. It really just felt not satisfying. Maybe if you want to go through a car wash fast then this is the place for you. And also the front of my car was still a bit dirty so I’m just not happy with the quality of a queen. I did take the cheapest option which was $15 but I don’t think it was worth it. Photo is after the wash.
