Very bad experience!! I used cash 2*$5 bills =$10 and it just gave me time for $6. I thought once this session ends, it might add time for $4, but it ended the session. I was so frustrated, the car was full of foam and I had to swipe my card. Due to frustration, I just rinsed it and took my vehicle to my regular car wash. For 3 mins of rinse, again costed me $6 in my credit card. Result wasted $18 and couldn't even wash my car. There was no one around whom I could speak to.

Been coming to this car wash for a long time when the old couple still owned it, now it's under new management and it's great! Soaps and other chemicals are actually working when selected vs before when I used to doubt if there was any soap at all. Lol. The best improvement is not only the ability to use your ATM card, but the option to stop the charge when you're not using the wash instead of it just charging you $5 and running till the money is spent. That to me was a game changer. My brother met the new owners Adam( i think, the father) and Vic (son)and he said they wee cool. And they were, I met vic today when I was washing my car, he complimented me on my wheels and we chatted...really cool, down to earth dude! It really seems that they do care about the quality and improving the car wash, investing a lot of $$$ for improvement even asking me for suggestions! Unless they can but a bar n tv's there...I font know how else they can improve on what they already have. Lol. I look forward to cleaning my car and not worry about the money I spend there, because it's money well spent considering what the services they're providing....great job guys!

Why don't they provide a machine to get quarters in order to use their spray and brush machines that ONLY accept quarters? It's 11pm and I ran out of quarters. Liquor store nearby could only give me 8, needs 10. How do you expect to have business if you don't enable your customers to use your products? I was going to drop $20 on washing my car, now you only get to keep my first $2.50 (for 4min) and nothing more. My car is half washed. This business was unable to provide the services it advertised because they only accept quarters - they could have asked customers to insert payment in form of dimes or even nickels or god forbid paper bills. Not only that but given the circumstances of operation within this business my car is half washed and now I'm going to be that guy driving to a better car wash with my car covered in soap suds.

Great experience here for a first timer, the owner saw me reading the instructions and came up to help me. Very easy to use and all in good condition. Adding to it, $2.5 for 4 minutes it's cheaper than many places.

This place is a fraud. Don’t go here they deliberately swindle money out of you. The counter on the auto payment doesn’t stop 🛑 keeps running I was charged twice $3 extra. The machine says specifically to press stop button but it doesn’t work. Only use cash at this place. I too got Netflix subscription fraud after using this wash. To top it all there is no phone number listed. I used this place for ages when DOC was present he used to be physically present there wearing white apron to help and keep the place clean. Now after the son took over not only he is not present but he has taken the phone number sign also out. Fraudster!

The stop button is in green color. So confusing! And there is no instructions OR arrows shows that the green button is the stop button. It takes me $2 to find it. It will keep charging you unless you push the green button. And the car washing experience overall is great!

This is the best self serve car wash ive found in san jose and silicon valley. unfortunately its $6 to start the wash which is the highest price ive seen anywhere in the country. But all the equipment works well unlike most car washes around here.

Don’t use this dishonest car wash site. If you use credit card, they will charge you for the maximum amount later in the bill. If you don’t check your credit card statement, you won’t notice. I used my credit card, followed all the instructions on the machine, double checked I stopped it after finsh, and the meter stopped running. However, they charge far more than what I used.

This is a self-service car wash. Very convenient brush that releases detergent. It is convenient! But you will not immediately figure out how to turn off the payment. At first you press "Stop" in the wrong place. A vacuum cleaner is really missing! This is a huge minus! In general, the car wash is convenient and often free.

This place is so hit or miss - sometimes they have hot water, sometimes they don’t.. sometimes they have soap, sometimes they don’t, it’s literally just random and I’ve been here a couple dozen times but am now frustrated enough to write this review. I’ve spoken with the owners when they were here once and explained the inconsistencies and they had very little knowledge of what was going on in their own establishment and chalked it up to “oh yeah the soap is just with the brush” which is ridiculous when I can personally say that there’s been hot water with the soap dispensing from the pressure washer before. If you’re just looking for high pressure rinsing, I guess this is your place, otherwise try another car wash if you value you’re dollar(s).

Not much shade to dry your car off in. I got there before it started getting busy and had cars parking behind me in the shade, which was weird (one group was just sitting in their car, and the other was parked off to the side drying). I have a smaller car (scion frs), and it was 11.25 to fully wash my car. I did NOT use the blower on my car. The price is fair for the wash, and I usually spend an hour drying, detailing, etc. anyway. Overall, nice spot. Pretty small lot, so try to go early/when it's not busy, especially if you plan on parking to dry your car.

It was just enough car wash from 2018 until mid of 2022 (old equipments, no air dry - but still it was working ok) I stopped by there today, and there was no soap from brush at all. (not even a bit!). I used the 3rd station, you can refer the attached photo. There was same issue a few months back. (Back in that time, I used another station). There was no authorized person to talk, or there was no phone number to call. So, this is my second time that I could say it was waste of time and money. The faucet doesn’t work, too. You need cash ($1, $5, and $10 bills only) Summary: this is a self service business, so running equipments are necessary. Recommendation to business owner: * If there is a soap shortage, it would be no problem as long as you write a note and inform your customer that the station brush and soap are not working * If you do not have someone to stay and maintain the business, there should be a number that your clients can reach out to you

Went here yesterday 10/28/25. The soap selection gave no soap from the sprayer. The time is short and 1$ gives you 1 minute. It quite the price tag for not having adequate supply of the essential. If you stop here to wash your car you expect there to be soap. Pros; no line to wait in on a Tuesday evening. The air cannon are nice to have. Would have loved to make this my go to place but…

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Save yourself time and money! There is a $6.00 minimum, no matter what.... and the worst part.... if the Soap Brush is out of soap... you're screwed.... you will still be charged without even soaping your vehicle, and there is no customer service available for you to notify them.

Great place to wash your car. The place is not overpriced, nor too busy. The most important important thing is that everything works. The machine takes tokens, or your credit card, plus cash can be used (all denominations). The vacuums work too.

I went to this car wash around 12 a.m and by far one of the best car washesi have ever been to. They soap selector had every fluid was amazing quality and all the chemicals they offer i was able to use!! I couldn't be happier plus they have the air dryer which i love. Nothing is worse then having to hand dry your car. This place was awesome i definitely was not disappointed with the quality of this car wash and i'm very picky when I pick a car wash that I like I drive a new audi A8L 4.0 that is all black, so i'm very weary about the places I picked to wash my car
