Good service to detail my sedan. I brought it in a mess with bird droppings and dirt and grime all over the place, but they were able to clean it up and gave me good info on how to maintain the exterior over the next few years. Wheels and tires are looking brand new! We’ll be coming back in future.

Andrew did a fantastic job cleaning the inside of my car! On top of buffing out some scratches and other detailing. He’s also super kind and understanding, at least more so than other mechanics and auto detailers, I’ve met before. It honestly makes me wish I visited him earlier. Had I known he was in Fairfield all these years. Worth every penny!

My 2014 Ford Mustang got wet on the inside during this storm. Doesn’t help it was a convertible (never get a convertible if you’re looking for a first car, haha). I looked around and gave this man a call and his service was stellar. He was always keeping me in touch and sending updates as he was drying the interior, and when it was all said and done he returned it to me and it looked nearly brand new and dry on the inside. For the price, it is definitely worth it but the way he handles business, always deserving of extra. Very much satisfied with the service.

Thank you Andrew for your amazing service. My dog got into a bucket of butter once we hit the road my husky threw up all in my brand new car that i haven't even had for 2 months yet. The smell was awful the throw up was all under my seats. Andrew was the first person i called. He was very professional and pleasant to speak with on the phone. He was able to accommodate me the same day and took the necessary time even after hours to work on my car. Took the seats out and got all that gunk out. Thankfully the smell has gone away. Thank you again! I would definitely recommend step above auto detailing!!

Big thanks to Andrew for taking us in for a complicated detail interior cleaning involving vomit at the shortest notice. Worst and hardest thing to get up and out of the interior of a car. When no other detailing service would touch it with a 10 foot pole Andrew was willing to accommodate on a day when he wasn’t even open for business. Customer service was great and Andrew kept in touch every step of the way. Would recommend his services in a heart beat. Thanks!

Andrew did such a great job on my Honda CRV. This car is 25 years old and had never been detailed except when I vacuumed it myself, the interior was in good shape just needed a little attention. I had never waxed the car and it almost looks brand new. I will be taking my other car to be done as well.

Such a great experience! Stopped by after an accident and he was nice enough to fit me in despite being busy. Completely buffed out a horrible scrape in less than 30 mins. My car looks even better than it did before. If I ever need a detail or paint protection I’d definitely go back. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

I had insect droppings that stained my car. I could not take the stains off. Washed my car and used automotive goo gone several times, which did not work. I called Andrew and he said he will try to remove it without damaging the paint on my new car. Andrew did an awesome job of removing the baked in stains. Support your local business. Got me in quick and spent over 8 hours super detailing my car! Very smart dude and super approachable and friendly. I had a tough stain on top of my car that I tried numerous times and different methods, but couldn’t get it. He ended up getting it out! I just payed off my Focus so I wanted to have it super detailed to make it feel brand new again. I’m super satisfied with how it turned out. Also for a very reasonable price too. I got the interior cleaned which included steaming the seats and pressure washing and shampooing the floors. On the exterior I got a super clean on top of a clay bar and wax. My car looks super good. It looks like I just bought it fresh off the lot. I’ll definitely be taking my car back here if it ever needs another super clean. Thank you again!

Andrew did an excellent job cleaning the inside of my SUV. My weather floor mats were looking pretty rough despite multiple attempts to clean them myself. I also had quite a bit of dog hair that was near impossible to get completely off the floor boards. Andrew got everything back to looking brand new with a quick turnaround time and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for both interior and exterior car detailing.
