I've been coming here for years and this is the best car wash in Schenectady however, it's a bit over priced. Staff is always friendly. I've been going back because of Jeremy and his exceptional customer service. He cares about customers satisfaction and he aims to make them happy. I will continue to be a customer and hope that I can get a discount on my monthly plan since I've been a customer so many years. 😊

Beware of This Car Wash I signed up for a membership here because the admission process was simple and easy. Unfortunately, canceling is an absolute nightmare. After discovering that they scratched my car, I decided to cancel my membership. It has now been two months since I canceled, yet they continue to charge me. I feel like I’m being robbed! Whenever I go in to confirm the cancellation, the manager is mysteriously never available. Instead, I’ve had to deal with a young blonde staff member who is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every time, I’m told, “Come tomorrow, come today,” back and forth with no resolution in sight. The lack of professionalism from the staff, combined with the impossible cancellation process, is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this car wash. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

I would give it a -5 if I could The places very unprofessional their staff is rude and going there over a year. I can’t even tell you how many times this place is closed early in the evening and open late in the morning. I can count 8 to 10 times when I went to wash my car after work, they were close without any notice It seemed like a rip off. They just want your credit card information and then they would not even cancel the membership you have to jump through the hoops to cancel very unprofessional. In my opinion spend a little more money in somewhere else and get better service.

Awesome place for a $4.50 wash with a free vac. Their vacuums were very strong, they also have a mat cleaner too but not working at the time I went. Hopefully working next time. But you can't complain for the price with free vac, free rags and a glass cleaner.

Wow, I've been going to this car wash 20 years, they used to hand dry, but like everything. It changed. But the employees are still respectful and full of life. My car still looks great. I love this car wash. My whole family comes here, I highly recommend. Just a great friendly environment

I've been coming to State Street Carwash since it opened over 10 years ago...never had any issues with this business...the staff is great and is always willing to help...I personally have lowered cars and I never have issues getting them onto the rack because couple of the guys that work there are amazing when it comes to lining the cars up...kudos to my guys...

This place has the ultimate scam going. So I stopped for a car wash this week and they offered a month for $10. Thought it was a good deal so I signed up. They took my credit card and said oh I'm sorry I don't know why it charged you the full price $39.99 I will give my manager a copy of this receipt and he will take care of it in the morning or you can call this number. We have called the number multiple times left messages and sent emails and no has gotten back to us in 5 days! Funny thing my wife was getting her car washed they offered her the same thing and guess what it charged her full price! They must be doing it intentionally do that actually not know the charge they are applying to the credit card before they swipe it?

Faulty equipment- so I washed both of my cars, each one twice in the past 2 weeks, counting this week too and I noticed that the tire shine brush on the driver side (left side) isn’t shining the tires. The right side works. Something you might want to look into as I have mentioned this to 2 of the staff who was together at the time stationed outside.

I’ve been here a few times now and have always had a great experience. The staff are kind and helpful. However, I came on Friday 07/18 and after going through the car wash, I realized my front license plate was gone. I told the staff and they found it inside the car wash and returned it to me bent and damaged. My license plate was fully secured to my vehicle when I entered. When I arrived, I noticed this had happened to someone before me too!! I’m having so much trouble trying to get in touch with management to come to a solution for this.
