I have used this wash in past but most recently it shuts off after a few seconds. I had to restart several times just to be charged each time. I called the # and I of course haven’t received a call back. $25 for the worst car wash and service ever.

This place is mostly reliable but bay 4 seems to have pump issues, I wasted $5 on it today with a soapy truck and no way to rinse it without moving to another bay. Last time I was there people seemed to have the same issue with that bay, which was about 4 weeks ago.

Ran for 30 seconds and shut off. Would not restart, yet charged my card. I guess I'll dispute the charge with the bank. Don't use a credit card here! Big pot holes, too. All around bad experience.

I also have a $15 charge from over a week ago sitting my bank card, it never went through what my actual charge was which was just over $5. This place rips over people who self clean their car. Contacting my bank.

I followed the instructions and terminated the car wash when I was through with the service. The screen stated I would be charged $5.36. I go home, check my credit card and there is a $15 charge from the car wash. No one is at this business so I don't know how I'm supposed to get my money back.

my wife and i went at same time both used the car wash for less then 5 mins and the credit card display showed $5.00. they charged both cards $15.00 ea. how do i find their phone number? there's nothing anywhere.

I encountered the same issue as others. I ran my card, then the machine kicked off within about a minute. I wasn't sure why it stopped, but didn't think much of it at the time. I then use $5 in coins instead to finish my wash. Shortly thereafter I received a $15 charge on my card for the 30 sec initial wash. A bit frustrating that the machines continue to rip people off. I can't find a contact number online to get this resolved and my money refunded for services not rendered.

This car wash is under new ownership in the last year. They have replaced most of the eqiuipment and made significant improvements to everything. New equipment includes new vacuums, all new terminals in the bays with more options and they take credit cards! They have also upgraded all of the hoses and made improvements to the parking lot with more to come. Very clean and easy to use everything! I will definitely be back.

The vacuum took my $2 and didn’t start. I called the number on the wall on Monday and guy told me to come back and he’d give me refund. He works there nights during week so I had to go back on Saturday. He texted me to say he would be there all day and I texted him I was there and he gave me 6-$1 coins and said the next wash was on them. Very nice gentleman! Great customer service! Thanks Lalo!

Similar to another review, we only rinsed a car for a few minutes and was charged $15. No phone number online anywhere and only just realizing now that I am home looking at my credit card statement. I don't live in the area so would appreciate learning how to contact the company to receive a refund for the overcharged amount. In response to your reply: That is not true. My credit card was charged $15 and there has been no adjustment. What number can I call to have this rectified? I don't live near this carwash and cannot get this number easily. Thank you.

My card got charged $15 7 times, it said Approved and it would start for less than a 1 min and said Thank you, and stopped. A total of $115 taken out of my card. I moved to another spot and use another card it charged $15 but I was able to wash that time. But $115 just to pass my card and not work. Why is no phone number to call directly ? Just pay with coins because they always scammed with cards.. I get charged $15 extra all the time, but this time I it was many times.

I spent $5. I only rinsed my car off. I pressed the stop button to stop charging my card, and it said $5 was the charge. They took $15 from my account. They are stealing from customers!! This will be returned from my bank as fraud. Do not use this car wash!
