Damage my vehicle and would not take responsibility for it argued and argued about how he couldn't of possibly killed my battery ended up having to buy a new one and having a mechanic check out my system will never return to this unscrupulous business man again

I had 2 cars detailed by Star Wash. My Suburban was a mess with 3 kids. I felt like I just bought it brand new. If I knew how to post before and after pictures, I would! Thank you Star Wash for making our vehicles look brand new again. I have referred friends and family. I will have them detailed yearly, only by Star Wash.

I had them do a full detail on my car. Once I brought the car home I noticed he took a lot short cuts and did not touch part of the interior. If you want it done right don't leave the car unattended.

I saw the reviews, and I called for an appointment. I described my vehicle and Chad gave a quote. I needed a wash, clay bar, wax and a little buffing since it hadn't been done before. When my 2014 venza was finished it looked like it did when it was new. It was smooth as a baby's butt! I will now try it out on my 2002 Camry...it's all black. Chad quoted me a fair price for a complete in, out and under the hood detailing and I will review it after it is finished too. Maybe with before and after pictures.

I've been to this place maybe 3-4 times already and my experience was great on the first 3 visits. However, on my last visit this month, I selected the highest priced option and all it pumped out was water (twice), no soap, no surface protectants, nothing extra. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated as the car was still somewhat dirty afterwards and since there is no employee or counter in the area, there was no one to complain to. Sad to say, but because of this, I might never go back to this car wash.
