Person who takes service request is very rude. I said hi and he ignored me and just asked what I need . Gave me my ticket and said pay inside. I said thank you pretty loud to make sure he hears me and he just ignored me . Not the best person to have greeting and helping customers .shows no pride

I have been a client here for 20+ years. The service as the years have gone on is subpar. The young workers are bustling their butts. As the young kid was vacuuming, I could hear that there was no air suction. I commented and he said that they have asked management to fix the equipment and nothing is being done. So after they said they were finished vacuuming the inside, I checked and there’s still dirt and crap left behind. I did speak to one of the managers as he gave me my receipt. He looked annoyed that I would ask for quality service. I expect when I’m paying $40 for a car wash that it’s at least vacuumed properly.

Do not waste your money here they are a rip off and don’t clarify the washes 30$ and they don’t even clean the inside of your vehicle nor do they vacuum properly I also have water spots on my vehicle when it was suppose to be wax coated your better off going to a drive through car wash where you do it yourself it would be done much better for the price.

My first time going here and got home to notice how many smudges and dirt were left behind. I also noticed a scratch on my window I haven't noticed before. I feel they could've done better for purchasing a grand slam wash. The women at the cashier was rude and lifeless. Other than how shiny and nice smelling my car was, this place was just ok. They're fast but lack in the finished product. My photos don't do the messy job justice. It's hard to see with the reflection but I tried.

I've been coming here for 23 years Brian is the best an I'm so glad he's back !!! He treats me like family. The other guy is rude I asked him to have them vacuum good because I have dog's an he literally bit my head off !!! SO RUDE !!! I called an spoke to the manager an he was not happy about what happened an told me to come in on Wednesdays. because he would be here.If Brian hadn't come back i would not have stayed at this car wash.SO GLAD BRIAN IS BACK !!!!!!

Spent $100 on the carpet express. Just got the car back and the first thing we did was look in the trunk. The trunk mat wasn’t vacuumed or washed at all so no one even went into the trunk to clean. They did vacuum the mat once I noted it but it still wasn’t cleaned. There are a lot of areas of the car interior that look like they were lightly wiped down but there were areas where it was very obviously not cleaned or skipped over. There are also these black splotches on the exterior that I can wipe with my finger and it’s greasy but wipes off easily so not sure…how that happened. I appreciate the carpet clean but other than that….not very thorough at all and I’ll have to go over the car again with a vacuum and wipes. Sad because I was really excited about this wash. No air freshener which was something I didn’t know they provided until someone asked what I wanted at the beginning and I just noticed that wasn’t added in. Looks like this was just rushed and no attention to detail. Looks better than it did to some extent but still, the entire trunk was missed…for a $100 car wash lol 🤷‍♀️ The first time I came here, same issue with no attention to detail, but they also scrubbed the radio area so hard with whatever chemicals and scrubbed so hard they removed some of the matte finish from the left side of the stereo until it was shiny. Crazy and the car was only a few years when that happened. Thought I’d give them another try today….🤦‍♀️
