Not worth it. Came in dirty left somewhat clean with waterspots everywhere, inside and outside since they just let it sit there until the sun and air dries it. Told the guy receiving my vehicle if they could please focus a little more on my middle console, "yes, I will write the code for that here on your window". Wrong code I guess. Worst car wash I have ever been to. About the 5th time here and so not complaining after one bad experience. it's always the same, wether busy or slow.

Only place I take my cars. This time was such a mediocre job. The car was dirty in the inside there still some garbage that did not vacuumed. The back was full of dirt. No wonder I see people when they go to their car they grab a towel and they clean themselves. I thought sure he has some issues. But now I understand. Waste of money

Gotten more expensive for a terrible wash. The last two times they didn’t even wash the hood. Paid extra for exterior shine and it was so bad I just went home and washed it again.

I started coming back to this car wash and now I remember why I stopped! There is no pride in the work they do. I spent $40 to get the spray wax. First they drove right past it, so I had to go tell the guy. Then he takes it back and sprays just over half the truck, runs out of spray and instead of filling it back up and finishing he told the guy to go! The crazy thing is they do it right in front of you. They do a horrible job of cleaning too.

This place really sucks. I paid $25.99 for them to do a piss poor job. They never vacuumed the trunk, all of the windows have a ton of streaks and they never dusted/ cleaned the center console interior and doors. I called the car wash after I left and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and when I told her what was wrong she said "since you left the property we're not responsible for what the workers did or didn't do". Needless to say I will never be going back to this place. However, the Mobil Oil Service place, right next door, is extremely capable and fast. But the car wash sucks.

Took my Cadillac to Lenny Dykstra’s for a car wash yesterday and after driving away I noticed the steering wheel had been damaged. It has a deep scratch/tear. It’s a leather steering wheel and you can feel it’s going to start to tear more. I usually don’t post reviews, but after speaking with the manager Ken, who had horrible customer service etiquette and was very argumentative I felt others should be warned that this business will not fix any damage they cause to your vehicle. I will never return to Lenny Dykstra’s and would not recommend this place.

Wife tried her Best to surprise me... Paid $45.00 for a car wash and $5.00 Tip. $50.00 for a vehicle that looks like it was ran through without using a mitt or brush. Never been so disappointed in Dykstra's car wash. Vehicle from front to back inside and out not cleaned properly. I get it... it's been hot ! My wife got there as soon as they opened. This was the result with the team ready to go. It wasn't the end of day where they were exhausted from work and heat.... I have gone several times in the past. The level of Dykstra's cleaning has dropped dramatically! I feel it's getting worse and not any better. Come on team Dykstra's !! Your company is far better than this. I cannot be the only customer who feels this way....

Over priced and many other places that are cheaper and nicer . I always payed $49. For a hand wash was getting rang up and some guy who says he’s the manager came and said no it’s $59. I told him that I’ve always paid $49 and he pretty much called me a Lia . I brought 2 cars in both my bmw and Jeep .land the jerk manager is so rude and unprofessional. Will start going to the wash on 6th street

Service is usually okay at this particular car wash. But today, I don’t know if the individual that writes up the ticket for your wash was having a bad day, but after writing up three people that had pulled in after me and then ignoring me I decided I couldn’t wait anymore for him to decide if he was going to help me or not. Not like he didn’t know I was there, I was in a F250. Oh well, maybe I’ll encounter better service next time.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this car wash. Not only was my car damaged during the wash, but the behavior of the manager was unbelievably unprofessional. While an employee named Mario was helping clean my car — and doing a great job, which is why I tipped him $20 — the manager walked over, dismissed him right in front of me, and told him he had “better work” to do and shouldn’t be “wasting his time” on my car. Excuse me? I’m a paying customer, and Mario was doing exactly what I paid for. The manager’s attitude was rude, condescending, and made the entire situation extremely uncomfortable. Between the damage to my car and the complete lack of respect for both customers and employees, I will never use this car wash again. Save your money, your time, and your sanity — go anywhere else. This place doesn’t deserve your business.

Very disappointed with the service, i paid for a high package that included wax, deep interior cleaning, air freshener ect. To start they rushed through the vacuum process, waxing?? Where there is still dirty spots around the car and interior cleaning? Some of my windows are still dirty my dash wasn't even touched, NO air freshener.

I brought my truck to this Team Dykkstra car wash, and I am really impressed. The staff did an awesome job getting it spotless inside and out. The waiting area is big, clean, and comfortable perfect for relaxing while they work. They have a well stocked store with snacks, drinks, and car supplies, which is super convenient. Everything ran smoothly and on time. You can tell they care about doing quality work. I will definitely be coming back again.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience that mirrors many other reviews I’ve since read. I brought in my brand-new 2025 vehicle for its very first wash, expecting a high level of care and professionalism. Upon picking up my car, I immediately noticed a scratch down to the paint near the driver’s door handle that was not there before. After already paying for the service and leaving a tip, I brought this to the attention of the manager, Ken, who was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. He outright denied any responsibility and made no effort to address or resolve the issue. It’s clear from other reviews that this kind of damage and poor customer service is not uncommon here. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I highly recommend others avoid this business if you value the condition of your vehicle.

This is so disappointing 😞 I came here and paid $46 after the attendant pressured me into a package, assuring me my car would be washed, waxed, and thoroughly vacuumed. He told me it would only take 10 minutes, so I agreed. My car is brand new—only one month old—and I wanted it cleaned properly. Instead, it took 45 minutes. I am a caregiver for three elderly people, including my father who needs timely insulin, so the delay caused me significant stress. When I finally received my car, it was not vacuumed properly, the seats were still dirty (as shown in the photos), the car was not waxed, and it did not appear to be properly washed—there were still visible spots all over the car. I went back and spoke to the owner and explained the situation. He refused to fix the issue and only offered that I could “come back another day for a free car wash,” which is not acceptable given the poor service I already paid for. I felt pressured, misled, and ripped off. This place seems more focused on collecting money than doing the job correctly. I would not recommend this business.
