"This was my first time at this location, and I opted for the Diamond service, expecting the best. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. My SUV wasn't completely dried, the vacuuming was rushed with debris still on the floor, and the car mats were still dirty. The rims were not cleaned properly, and the tire shine was either applied incorrectly or of poor quality, leaving stains. Additionally, there was a sticky substance left on the front windshield. My vehicle wasn't even that dirty to begin with, so this was especially frustrating. I considered complaining in person but decided to leave a review instead—this should have been done right the first time."

The personalized service is great. Hand dry. I had an incident where my tire popped during a wash. I was very irritated, but this stuff happens. They were on top of it. Changed out my spare. Had replacement tire for me the next day. I was impressed . Customer service was great.

Amazing customer service.I took my car to get detailed here and I have to say Eduardo the management at this place goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the results. I have been to many other car washes and a lot of times they give you excuses if you are not satisfied with the work they basically blow you off and tell you you get what you pay for. I did not feel that way with this car wash I would recommend it 100% and I am definitely going to be a return customer.

Star Car Wash is one of Norwalk’s BEST establishments. You can tell how good they are by the constant line to get in. Not only is it great work but the prices cannot be beat. The staff is so friendly and always accommodating. The detailing services they offer are unmatched and done within a few hours. I’ve been going to star for years and won’t go anywhere else.

This car wash is probably the best I ever been to.a full wash and interior vacuum and washed Matt’s for 25 is immaculate. I’ve been to Russel’s speed car wash and the wash was mid. not to mention it ripped off my license plate and broke my back windshield wiper.ive been to washes in Danbury and I remember asking for an interior vacuum and they didn’t even wash the Matts and the tire shine was wack. Star car wash is my new main place.🔥

I am very unsatisfied with the quality of attention to detail and the customer service I received. I purchased the gold package that Entails a vacuum included in the service but when I received my car I had noticed crumbs and dog hair everywhere that was not vacuumed on top of soaked floor mats that were not dried. Overall just felt like the service was rushed and did not match the package that I was paying for. I would spare yourselves the extra money and just get the basic package considering that no matter what package you choose, it’s basic either way. I had called with my concern which I then was told to send photos to a number which no one replied to or resolved this problem.

They damaged my car and cracked the windshield screen on the passenger side and took no responsibility - a NEW car. They told me they could direct me to a place to get it fixed and it was probably a rock I never noticed hitting the windshield and the cold water exposed it - which is totally bizarre. I purchased the Gold wash and as you can see from the pictures the clean was atrocious - you get what you pay for, crumbs everywhere, the console visibly dusty and hand prints everywhere, when I told an employee they said no it’s clean. Mats are not removed and they just put water on things as if it’s cleaning to hide the dirt momentarily - they also quickly hand dry and you have streaks coming down the car once it dries . Regardless the egregious windshield crack is what really is horrifying - save yourself and do not go here. I was really excited to have finally find a good car wash but I cannot believe the experience

I’m not quit sure where to begin.. only car wash I’ve been to since I moved and I can’t complain always good service. Quality over customer service, the receptionist is always friendly, but they are fairly quiet employees and we know I’m not lol, moving forward, I have had this pretty girl a few years I am the second owner and bought it as is, mechanic finger prints and child grease . so many grease stains and I didn’t take a “before” picture and I am really happy about it, if you know, you know. Here is the after…I love my Betty The Odyssey Princess!! Thank you Star Car Wash for making me baby look new again and smell kid free! I know you worked hard on this.. there is always a line of vehicles for wash and detail so you won't regret getting your car done here!! I may have to add more pictures in the daylight!! I can’t wait!
