I have used Ben and the crew at CTAutoPros since inception. 5 star quality with attention to detail, something most shops are lacking. Professional service, done quick and communication is great. They’ve now done several paint corrections for me, numerous details, window tints, ceramic coatings, paint protection film, etc. I also refer my clients brand new BMWs to them for the same treatment.

I highly recommend the car transportation services from this company, as I had a fantastic experience first hand. They are very punctual, responsive, and take great care of the cars they move. They use enclosed trailers with a side access door which is great peace of mind when moving valuable cars. Additionally, they’ll share the location of your car in real-time so you know where it as at all times. 10/10 service and customer experience!

Ben and his crew are absolute professionals and are also serious car enthusiasts with deep knowledge across a wide range of brands and models (something that matters a lot when it comes to detailing). They transformed the appearance of my X5M through a level 2 correction and ceramic coating. It was clear to me through the entire process that they truly care about the vehicles they are working on. Very responsive from my initial outreach through when the car was in their care. There are very few detailing operations in the Tri-state area that can even compare.

Everyone calls me crazy. I took my BMW F90 from Long Island to Ben. "It'll take 2 hours" I don't care. Ben and the crew are a hard working likable team who are trustworthy. 5-Star Quality is inevitable in there, followed by attention to detail. They get things done Instantly. Everyone TALKS. MAKE. IT. REAL. They've done ceramic coatings, paint protection film, etc for me. You'll be amazed at how remarkably satisfying the results are.

I’ve been to many Detailing shops through the years. Connecticut auto professionals is the BEST I’ve encountered. I am very meticulous on how my vehicles look. They take the TIME to do it properly and to the fullest extent. My vehicle looks BRAND NEW. Most detailing shops do not spend the TIME to do it well/properly. The attention to detail was perfection. I recently purchased the car of my dreams, a 981 Porsche Roadster. After speaking with a few detail facilities, I chose Ben and his team. I decided on paint correction and ceramic coating for the entire car. I added PPF to the nose, mirrors, windshield frame and rocker panels. Inside and out the workmanship was immaculate, right down to the ceramic coating on the wheels and red calipers. It's not easy to put one's 'baby' into the hands of others. The car that came back to me was spectacular! I highly recommend.

I would be careful working with these guys. ——Paid over $600 for a detailing job and photos for an upcoming auction that was to include video and under carriage photos. I never received the work even after contacting the owner about it several times. Lesson learned.

Just had my first full PPF wrap done and could not be happier! Ben and and his team are true professionals going above and beyond expectations. They picked my car up straight from the dealership in their enclosed trailer ensuring no rock chips before the PPF was applied. Loved the daily teaser pics while I was anxiously waiting for the job to finish. The finished product looks absolutely stunning. I highly recommend CT Auto Pros.

I took my BMW E30 to Ben and the team. They were great to work with, always responsive, and even went as far as to take care of a paint issue that I did not notice on the front facia (they also found OEM MTech II clips and replaced two that were causing the facia to sag a bit). I was out of town while they had my car but they still managed to keep me posted and send pictures along the way. When I picked up the car I was extremely happy with the work that was done. The ceramic coating is beautiful and brought the color back to life. The PPF has been holding off rock chips as well. They are a young group but they are also a great team of car enthusiasts/professionals. I couldn’t think of a better group to trust my car with.

These guys are the best! They did paint correction and ceramic coating on my Shelby GT350 last year and it looked great. Sold that and bought a GT500. Just got it back from PPF and Ceramic coat.... I cannot say enough about Ben, Carlos, and the team. Great work and great communication!
