This by far is the WORST car wash experience I have ever experienced if I could give ZERO stars I would u have to wait on the ppl ahead of u if they are getting a vaccum even if u just getting a wash u would think they would have two separate lines that would make more sense then u have to get out to go inside and pay then they drive your car thru the car wash it's so backwards and dumb let's not mention a regular wash is $13 I wouldn't recommend this car wash to anyone!!!!!!

Going in the people that vacuum clean out your car are great. The service is great. The wash is great. The reception is great all until it's time for the guys up front to dry your car. They are probably the laziest group of people I have ever seen. You constantly have to go after them to make them. Wipe this down and make them wipe that down. And can you get this please? Stuff, that should be done. Without having to ask. They only do just enough and the attitudes are not great.The owners and the people that work there besides them are fantastic in their customer service. Will I go back absolutely?They do a great job.It's just I really wish that those guys that dryer car would take their job more serious

I came today to wash my hummer h3 it has 16" wheel and Lt315" wid taire...the man told me to get out off the line cuz he will not be able to wash it cuz as he said my car is over size and need to go to truck wash!!!! I have seen on reviews trucks bigger than my car that have already been washed here.

These idiots did not wipe down my seats, doors, dashboards, or center console. I was nearly running late for work when I went, so I could not return. Days after, I was on long shifts. Very disappointed. It's raining today. I won't tip again, not at this place.

Been Going For Years I Got A Hole In My Inner Tire Wall On My BMW I Had Only Went Through The Car Wash After A Mile Down The Road My TPS Light Pops On I Go To The Tire Shop They Take Off My Tires And Show My The Pin Hole In My Back Driver Side Tire There Was Nothing I Could Of Drove Over And Cause That Type Of Hole I Called And Spoke With 2 Different People Claiming They Was Management. All They Did Was Denied Their System Could Even Puncher Tires It’s A Plastic Set Up I Spoke With Several Different Car Washes That Have The Same & Similar Set Ups They Told Me It Actually Frequently Happens I Had To Buy Another Tire $125 And They Keep Saying They Not At Fault I’ll Never Go There Again

Usually I’m ok with their exterior wash. Today I decided to do the Ultimate wash ($22 worth). They cleaned the exterior and mats inside, but the inside front and the cup holders section were not touched. Same with the trunk, which was the main reason for deciding to get the ultimate wash because some snow salt fell in it. It was not even touched. I’m really upset with the service I had today

I've been coming here for 25+ years. I don't think there is quite a place in the state like star. This is a full detail service shop. Car wash, interior, and exterior, and there has to be 30+ people working. I've never reviewed this place but we just took a truck here and the results were amazing. It was a buddies....buddies truck and the previous owner was a smoker with smoke stains everywhere. The exterior had tons of swirls. I wish I took more than one pic before but it now looks better than most brand new vehicles. Anyway I would recommend this place!

I've been a long time customer for over 30 years/ My Dad and grandpa were long time customers. I'm so disappointed. I received the worst wash and the inside was not touched. I HATE I LEFT A TIP, I'm always a generous tipper.. Dashboard and middle console dusty and dirty. Back seat barley vacuumed. back windows streaky

This is the worst detail shop I’ve been to. Absolute Worst. See review and all pics attached. Left my car for the day and paid the highest price for full detail + engine bay clean up $160. The car mats weren’t washed when I arrived and had to specifically ask. Both glove box and arm rest compartments are not touched. Pet hairs are still left everywhere, under seats, between them and across the car interior. Stains are left on most of the fabric. Roof, gage cluster, and switches aren’t touched… Absolute waste of time and money. They have no regard to admitting or caring. The gear shifter isn’t clean, I wiped it with my finger and got dirt off. Door hinges, trunk and boot door are not cleaned. This shop doesn’t even deserve 1 star. See photos below.

I recently visited in Star Auto Wash & Detailing located on 1804 W Warren in Detroit. I paid for an interior cleaning with the exterior wash, but the inside of my car was not cleaned at all. There were fingerprints, debris ,dust, and it clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. When I spoke with the manager/owner, Jeff, he refused a partial refund and insisted the workers had completed the interior cleaning and that I was a liar, even after I opened the door to show him the dirty condition mind you I showed him as soon as they dried the outside of my vehicle and stated my car was done. Jeff screamed in my face and walked away and told the workers not to touch the car and to told me to leave. I told him I’d leave a review, and he dismissively said not everyone believes Facebook reviews, I replied that real-time photos are often more trustworthy along with the review. This has happened before, and I was hesitant to return because the service did not meet what was advertised or promised. I don’t feel I received the value I paid for and hope management will address their quality control and customer service. Please don’t waste your money on STAR car wash poor work and customer service I wish I could have give ZERO stars
