Having a lot of work done on your car can be daunting and overwhelming. The professionals at St. Laurent did an incredible job from start to finish. The amount of work done on my car was substantial, but they stayed honest and open with communication in regards to my car’s needs. I was able to pick it up earlier than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. When I picked it up, I was thrilled to see how great it looked! The paint job was immaculate , and they had even cleaned the inside and outside of my car. It looked incredible. A few days later, they followed up to ensure everything was still okay. 100/10, would recommend! They are true professionals!

I did. It have a good experience with this company.. their communications was awful. They stated my truck would be done in three weeks it took closer to six weeks. The owner is not a nice person to deal with. I would put the ‘A’ word in here. I dealt with this company before and they were excellent. The new owner bought the company five years ago and is just a not a good business man. The old owners were much nicer people. I had to bring my truck to another reputable auto body shop to fix their mistakes on the truck. I gladly paid out of pocket for the additional repairs, instead of bringing it back to them. The insurance company was brought aware of the bad service, Amica.. You couldn’t PAY me to have them even look at my vehicles again. Go to a more reputable dealer.

Hello, I’m a local guy here in Nashua and I drive by this place all the time. They always seems to be busy and look professional. I decided to get my car detailed here after looking at the reviews. I spoke to the owner, and I went with the highest package $460. The agreement was to get the inside of the car detailed including shampooing the carpet, get the engine clean, paint correction, wash the entire car and waxed. The owner said that it would take 2 full days to get it done. Seemed like a great deal, but the result was not exactly $460 result. I will break down the disappointment. Inside of the car I would say 3 out of 5 stars, since the carpet doesn’t not looked like it was shampooed cleaned/washed as I was promised. There were spots on the seats that had to be cleaned when I got there to pick up the car. It just looked like it was deep vacuum, maybe some spots on the carpet were scrubbed. The dash board was clean, and windows were clean. Outside of the car I would say 3 out of 5 stars. There were some scratches that should have come out with the paint correction, but they were still visible. I’m talking about scratches that are not deep in the paint, just surface. There were still bug spots on the bumper and grill. The rubbers on the doors were not clean the windshield still dirty at the bottom. The part that really got me mad about spending this amount of money was the wheels were never cleaned on the inside, which was just a matter of wiping them down. Engine I would say it was 0 out of 5 stars, meaning the engine still looked the same as when I brought the car for detailing. The car should have taken 2 full days, but they called me back within a day and half which makes me think they probably didn’t really take the time they should have. I spoke to the owner when I went to pick up the car and told him all these issues I saw, but he just looked at me and said nothing. Well except from picking up a cloth to wiped down the dirty spot on the seats I mentioned earlier. Overall the amount of money they charged me, compared to the results of the car is really disappointed. Not worth it, and the results are not detailed. This sort of work maybe worth about $150, definitely not 3 times that amount. If you want your car detailed correctly, go some place else. Took some photos 10 minutes after picking up the car.

I would take my car there anytime!! They took my car in right before New Years Eve, right after Christmas. They did such an unbelievable quick perfect job. It was such a relief because of the timing, and many take those days off, but they got us a new back door, and it actually fixed an electric issue we were having. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this shop, and the workers.
