Horrible service. I put cash in the acceptor. Got the change back and moved forward. The car wash just didn’t work. I tried to go back to the machine. Nothing. No staff or any type of assistance was present on the property. Tried asking the smog guys behind the car wash. They couldn’t help. They said call the number. I did call, went to voicemail. I left a message, no one called back. Called back again after 2 hours, again went to voicemail. Again I left message. Same thing no one called back. I lost my money and time. Hopeless people. Never going back. Shameless management

2nd time in 2 mo nothing works. There is no high pressure soap or wax, just water. Also, there is no engine/tire degreaser. The foam brush works though. Skip this place go down the road.

I've been here 3 times and the last two times there was no pressured spotless water. I left a note under the door as the directions stated, with 0 response. I could've used my own water hose at home if I wanted the spots on my truck

I’m glad I took my beater car here first, their type of foam and brush scratched my car, left swirl marks and streaks. I even pre-soaked for a good min. Cheap and gives you plenty of time but not worth the damage.

EDIT: Went back to wash my car back around July 2021 and was ripped off. The stall I used would not accept quarters so I had to use my credit card. When I tried to spray down my car, no water came out of the sprayer. Turned the dial to every option and nothing worked. I was charged $5.00 and the note on the door said to leave a handwritten note with personal info. I didn't have paper and pen so I wasn't able to leave a note. I will not be using this car wash again. Facility is clean and, for the most part, well-maintained. Only one stall was out of order. Water pressure for the wash is very good. It's strong enough to remove most dirt and bugs from car. Spot-free rinse used to be really weak and barely trickled out of the sprayer but it is much stronger now. It costs $5 for ten minutes of operation and that's a fairly good price for what you get.

First red flag was being shorted by the change machine. The foam brush hose was cracked and spraying all over, had to put pressure on it with my hand to avoid being sprayed. With one minute left on the cycle, the pressure completely dropped to a trickle while trying to rinse my car. Not worth it.

Not what it used to be, there is no longer any way to get a refund for the broken machines that steal your quarters. Weak water pressure, old brush to clean your car that scratches your paint. At least more than half of the vacuums don’t work even the ones that do work they barely have any suction.

This place is a mess. No one takes care of it. The equipment is old and needs maintenance. I have been ripped off more than once. You call the phone number, and they won't answer or call you back. You can tell that the owners don't care about their customers. I try my best to stay away from it. You

Wash is good, $2 for 4 minutes, but the vacuums don't work, and the number listed on the machines to call if your dollar gets taken isn't useful. I've left multiple messages about the vacuums taking money and not starting, and no one has returned my calls. Beware of using the vacuums, but the wash bays are OK.

Paid for a wash but the bay wouldn’t turn on, the machine said my purchase was complete but it kept saying “wait until the bay is empty”…. THE BAY WAS EMPTY!! this is the 2nd time this has happened. Never coming here again. There is no one available to speak to for a refund

I went there with my small car. Arm at the automated was didn't come down to the hood or trunk, I thought maybe my car was too small. Then today I brought my other 2 vehicles, a car and a truck. Didn't work either. So I went to the other bay. Turns out that the bay closest to the street doesn't work. The inner bay does. Be careful, use inner bay only.

I came to this car wash to clean the rims on my Tesla, paid to activate the hose and guess what, the tire cleaner hose didn’t work at all. I paid money for nothing, next best choice was the “power washer” with no soap coming out. From now on I will be going to the Norco Truck & Car wash where you can even use a blower to dry your car

Nothing works. I've been charged for a carwash that didn't work. I also always get harassed by the homeless who camp out here and make me uncomfortable while I'm trying to focus on cleaning my car. Won't be going back.

One of the car wash was not working but still took payment from my card. I thought it would just cancel the transaction but it went through. I wonder how many people did the same and got scammed out of their money. No way to contact the business or get a refund. Now I need to report for suspicious activity and lock my card and wait for a new card. I basically paid to be inconvenienced. Don't go here.

No personnel on site to help customers with issues and no answer when calling phone number listed. Added $5 which gave me 10 minutes to wash my car but at 3 minutes remaining water pressure completely diminished to only a stream of water. Added another $3 to see if that would help but water pressure was still just a stream of water. This caused the detergent to stick to my car as there was not enough water to properly rinse my car.

This place was my go-to for years since it's literally next to my pad. But recently the drive through washing machine especially, the newer one have been not working. As a result, I've lost my money to it. Its happened on 4 different occasions where I have put my credit card and I get charged yet the machine does not work. This time, it took my $8 dollars.. It would be nice if they could fix the issues or have someone available on site to assist and check the machines when stuff like this happens because the number they have on file always goes to voice-mail or they don't return your call if you leave them a voice-mail. I'm very DISAPPOINTED. For now, i'm trying a different place until the issues are fixed... 👎
