Im so happy I found this place the wash was affordable and my car came out cleaned n smelling great and the brushed in the tunnel looked brand new. I will definitely becoming back and getting the membership. I got the best wash for $12 and it came with the works other places would have charged me $17 and up.

Good experience here. Everything is so convenient, Car is mostly dry when you exit wash area, air hose and vacuum hoses on both sides of your car and you don't share with the car next to you (like you do at Quick Quack}. Air pressure is very good (not lame like Quick Quack} it blows the water from my grille and rims nicely.

Well worth $12 for the full service. Cleaned my tires and wheels very well. Pleased with the quality of upkeep of all the equipment. Will definitely be coming back. They give you a quality towel to dry and other essentials to make sure you clean the interior plus a fragrance. Very cool!

Today, 11-9-23, went for the first time to get a car wash at this location and had a BAD! experience. And here's the story: To start, I got the basic car wash they have available, which is $6. No complaints there, and you even get an interior dash wipe with your purchase. Mariana, who is the lady who took my payment, was friendly and informative. Again, there are no complaints. So I drive up to get the car washed. There was a gentleman who is helping you with the aligning of your tires and tells you to put the car in neutral "N" and so on. Again, there are no complaints. Everything is running as it should, but when I'm about 1/4 or 1/3 way in the car wash line, the machine stops washing my car completely. It only washes up to the hood of my car. I did notice that it would start spraying soap way before my car passed through. Even the brushes would start spinning way before my car passed through, and the same for the blowers. All just worked up to my hood. So I went back to Mariana and explained what had just happened, and she's all confused and asked me if I had switched my car into drive "D" and I said no. (Because I didn't). So she asked me to take my car through the washing machine again. And here's where things got weird. She literally walked along during the washing process and then stopped me at the end of the line and affirmed me that the first time i did put my car into drive "D", which I never did. She said that i was going too fast, faster than normal. I told if I was going faster than normal, why the machine was only washing the beginning of my car and not the end of it? Wouldn't it be the other way around. Only washing the rear end of my car? It is not the first time I go through an express car wash. I know the routine. In the end, my car did get washed, but I would not be coming back to this place. I don't like to be treated like a criminal. Feeling like they are escorting me out. Well, in a way, you did. This was my first and last visit...

I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash for a while, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I took my car in for a wash and was vacuuming when my daughter, who is currently potty training, needed to use the restroom. I walked around looking for one and eventually asked an employee, who was standing in front of a restroom, if my daughter could use it. She simply said no. I understand that businesses have policies, but refusing a small child access to a restroom, especially one that was right there felt unnecessarily inconsiderate. I hate that this happened, as I used to enjoy coming here, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

I recently started coming here when they opened hoping to get good service but instead I got a cheap quality service and car wash. My car comes out wet all the time. On top of that they raised their prices 3 dollars now being 15 dollars for terrible quality!! I went to a few other car washes in the area to compare washes and I found that the best one is splash car wash across the street. I will now be going there, their best wash is 16 dollars but at least I know my car will come out clean and dry! They also give you 50% off your next car wash, now that is good service! I really liked wash Bank because of the big parking lot but I don’t like paying for cheap service. It is just not worth it!

Just went for a car wash and mentioned to The Girl that my antenna couldn’t get removed. she refused that the antenna needed to get removed. so she got some pliers and scratch the bottom of the antenna and bent the antenna. She said she could fix it by painting it with a sharpie which I reply no It was not like that. asked for a managers number she said to call the number on receipt Called and she answer my phone call I mention I needed a call back or a bad review She reply it was perfectly fine Here it is Need this resolve.

I am writing to address a very disappointing experience that occurred at your location on October 9, 2025 at around 9:30 a.m. My husband and I have been enrolled members for almost a year, each paying a monthly fee for unlimited car washes. Typically, I visit twice a month on Saturdays and have occasionally driven my car through the wash twice during the same visit without any issues. During this visit on 10/9/2025 at 9:27 a.m., I encountered an unexpected and concerning interaction with a staff member. As I prepared to use the service a second time, I was stopped by an employee, a bald Hispanic man with a goatee, who asked why I wanted to run my car through again. He stated that he would allow it "this time," but explained that subsequent washes were subject to his discretion based on how dirty he felt the car was. This was confusing, as I understood the membership to allow unlimited washes at my discretion. I would know how dirty my car is. After I agreed without further comment and moved toward the track, the employee began speaking to me again, prompting me to roll down my window. At this point, I realized the machine was already running, and my car was being bumped by the equipment while the employee continued to address me. I felt compelled to turn on my phone camera and request his name due to the poor customer service and potential damage to my vehicle. Unfortunately, he declined to provide his name and begins to pull out his phone and points at me saying "I don't need to give you my name." He was extremely disrespectful before it escalated to this point, especially when he's purposely leaving the machine on while trying to get his last words. Of course, my husband and I will be canceling the membership service after this month is over. I understand employees can have a bad day. However, this situation was distressing and left me concerned about the safety of my vehicle and the consistency of your unlimited wash policy. My main goal in sharing this feedback is to encourage improved service and clearer communication regarding membership benefits. Thank you for taking the time to review my experience.
