Maria cleaned my Car. I wish I took before pictures because it looks amazing and it looks completely different because I got the headlight restoration and my headlights were so bad and they sanded them down and completely restored them and they completely work so much better. I thought I needed a new headlights, but I guess I don’t. She did a really good job with the interior. I got the full car wash I forgot what it’s called but the full service thing but she did a really good job and I appreciate their work definitely recommend and I know I will come back.

I don't have the monthly subscription, but I took it there for full detailing and waxing, and they went on and beyond the call of duty. They even cleaned my glove compartment after putting everything in a bag in the trunk. It seems you also get 30% off if you're a member.

Splash Express made my day today! I came in for the first time with an extremely dirty car (haven't washed in probably 6 months. When the automated wash couldn't get off the bird poop spots on my hood, the manager assessed and determined that only a hand wax could take it off. But instead of trying to sell me on all the waxing services, he said, "Is it only on the hood here? OK, no problem; I'll take care of it for you." Now THATS how you win customers for the long term!!! Not only that, but as of 6/2025 this location only charges $35 for a full service wash and dry which is like a basic-level detailing service! It also includes their premium level auto wash. I was worried I would get crummy-level of service, as I haven't been able to find even a decent VACUUM service in Riverside for prices of $45+. But NO.. LISA and ROSA/Rose did a very thorough job of vacuuming my vehicle cleaning my windows, my wheel rims, and even completed some of the more specialized tasks that usually come at a much higher price. 5 stars for service and exceeding expectations. **Don't forget to tip your detailers!!**

Love this place. I pretty much go everyday haha. I have the unlimited washes on a monthly basis. For those lowered cars like mine they have a converebelt that your car goes on and doesn't scratch your rims. Plus the staff are amazing.

Great service and the employees are very knowledgeable, I came in to get a wash and before that on the freeway a piece of tire from a big rig smacked on to the driver side headlight and pumber leaving a pretty long mark and they went ahead and removed it free of charge and polished it to take out any scuffs I would highly recommend coming here.

Lisa and the others who jumped in to help with my car were amazing! My car looks better than when I drove it off the dealer's lot. I was using a coupon given to my husband when he had his truck done (great deal for additional car that week), and I was so happy that I rolled the discount into the tip! The wash itself is good. I always tell them to turn off the brushes so I can get somewhat of a touchless wash. But the guy who directs cars in the tunnel is pretty rude whenever I ask for this option and demands that i call it the specialty wash. All you have to do is press the buttons no need for the attitude

Paid $90 for a detail and tipped the guy $15 before really analyzing the work he did. Would not have tipped if I knew he left smudged wax on the outside of the car, didn’t vacuum the inside of my car as promised, left so much dust on the interior that when I wiped my finger on it and my finger tip turned black, left sticky stuff on the center console, didn’t clean the radio, left the rims dirty and dusty. Very unhappy with this service. I will be retuning sometime this week to have them finish the job. I will update my review accordingly.
