I have been neglecting to clean my car for quite some time, but Misael traveled to me and did a phenomenal job on my interior detail! I had a LOT of black spots in various places in the headliner, a-pillar, and on some of my seats, and Misael did not disappoint. I can’t post my before videos, but trust me, my car is CLEAN!! I used Squeegee detailing on my five-year-old, very low mileage Subaru. My car is normally in very good shape, but I figured after that time it was ready for a refresher. I’m so glad that I Reached out to Squeegee Detailing. Without exaggerating, the car looked like it was driven off the showroom floor. Technician Danny did the work and worked extremely hard on it for 2 1/2 hours. I cannot say enough about his effort and attitude and in general that of the whole company. I recently had an amazing experience with Squeegee Mobile Detail, the best hand car wash that's not just near me, they actually came to my location and detailed my car while I was at work! As an owner of a 2017 midnight black Toyota 4Runner SR5 Premium, I was very particular about the auto detailing services that I wanted for my vehicle. Fortunately, Squeegee Mobile Detail provided me with the perfect car washing and detailing services that I needed. Firstly, the owner of the company, Tenzin, was incredibly responsive and attentive to all my needs. He patiently listened to all of my concerns and explained to me the various options available for washing and waxing my car. I was really impressed by his knowledge and expertise in the field of car detailing. The interior detailing was done flawlessly, leaving my car smelling fresh and clean. The waxing and washing of the exterior was impeccable, making my car look brand new. I couldn't be happier with the final result, as it exceeded all my expectations. I paid for the gold cleaning package and odor removal service and was left very disappointed. For context, I just purchased a car that had been owned by smoker and was looking for both stain and odor removal. I understand that it is incredibly difficult to fully remove the odor but the scent remained totally unchanged. In addition, there was a lack of attention to detail when it came to removing stains from the console, dash, ignition, and all windows. Both the odor and stains I was able to either reduce or completely remove on my own with the very limited tools I have available. This service was supposed to save me time but all it did was cost both time and money I could've spent renting equipment and attempting the clean on my own. I didn't receive my money's worth in any way and cannot recommend their detailing services.

During the initial booking I was asked if there was “parking available” and I my response indicated that it was street parking. Apparently they can’t complete services on street parking which I understand but this wasn’t addressed at the time of booking. I was only told 5min before my appointment time which meant I had to rush to leave the house without eating anything to sit in a coffee shop across town for over two hours. I booked the service specifically because I was interested in the mobile aspect of the business and had planned my day around that. For the inconvenience I was offered a $40 certificate for my “next service” and when I declined I was given $20 off my current service. I’m also assuming the interior windows aren’t included in the service either as they were still dirty when I got my car back. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until after I was already on my way home. Appreciate the clean but the customer service could use work.

We hired this company to do the interior only on our car and it was pretty disappointing. This “professional detailer” missed all sorts of stuff and from what we could tell, he basically vacuumed out the car and wiped everything down. We were expecting the full blown, every nook and cranny, spotless, steam cleaned surfaces, treatment. You know, a detail! This was far from that. We reached out to customer service and they had him come back and he did make it better but still nothing compared to what we were expecting. We ended up cleaning parts of the car ourselves afterwards and found obvious spots like the air vents, behind the door handles, the headliner, and other harder to reach places that were clearly not even touched. There was also a weird overspray or something on the windows. I think this company is more focused on and better at social media and marketing than they are detailing cars.

I had Squeegee Mobile Detailing come to my house to detail the Interior, exterior, and engine bay of the 2017 BMW X3 drive 35i I'd just purchased. It had not been garaged the last two years and it had just been driven from Denver to Portland so it was pretty grimey. Misael worked on it nonstop for 4 hours and it looked like new throughout when he was done. Communication with Squeegee was timely and professional from initial contact through completion. Their pricing with discounts for the "gold" level services was very competitive. I definitely feel the results gave ample value for the money. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone.

They we're only scheduled to be here from 4pm-6:30pm the guy got here around 4:30pm and they were here until almost 8:30pm and didn’t charge me any extra money. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WON’T HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES. Had my truck detailed and ceramic coated a few months ago. After the initial work the truck looked amazing. However, after 1 wash, ripples, smears, and cloudy spots were visible. I contacted Squegee and they sent out the original tech that did the work to review. The tech agreed that there was an issue and contacted the office. 1-2 weeks later another tech came out to look and saw the same issues and agreed there was an issue. The second tech asked if the first tech applied the ceramic coating on a sunny day, I told him yes. He then asked if he set up a covering over the truck, I told him no. He then advised that the first tech should NOT have applied the ceramic coating in direct sunlight as it would cure too fast. The tech immediately called the office and later informed me that they would fix the issue and to call the office to set up an appointment. They acknowledged the issue 2 months ago and it’s still unresolved. I followed up with them weekly via text and / or phone and they advised they would speak to their manager and get back to me. This has gone on for about 2 months now. I’ve finally come to the realization that they’re blowing me off and have no interest in fixing an issue they caused. If you are looking for a company to detail your vehicle, I would highly advise you look elsewhere. Following up on this review and responding to the owners comment below. If Squeegee Detail was BBB certified I would be filing a complaint there instead of updating this review. Again, if you are looking for an honest company that stands by their work and presents themselves with integrity, I would strongly advise you keep looking. The owner, Tenzin, whom I believe replied to this initial review expressing his upmost apologies and goal of making it right could not have been more insincere and dishonest. We had one phone conversation where he expressed his want and willingness to rectify the situation. This was followed up with the same behavior. No follow up, no follow through and complete avoidance of the issue by ghosting me entirely. The issue is still not resolved and I have no choice but to move on. I am providing this update to hopefully reach any consumers in the market for an auto detailing company. Don’t work with them because they won’t work with you. This is by far the most dishonest company I have ever come into contact with as a consumer. STAY AWAY.

Squeegee was amazing. My 2017 sedan looks like new. I had HORRIBLE coffee stains on my upholstery and 5 years of grime, and they somehow made my light gray seats look immaculate along with all the trim. The windows were so clean I thought they were rolled down. The owner /manager was super clear when communicating, and Micael and a lady worked on my car for over four hours. They were courteous and thorough, and it was incredibly convenient because they came to my residence. I was so happy driving to work today in my "new" car.

I seriously cannot praise this company more! HUGE thank you to Misael and Xiomara for the utmost fantastic job on two of my vehicles. Amazing pricing based off the current condition of your vehicle, wonderful communication (thank you Luis!), and VERY timely and detailed! Both my Ford Fusion and Dodge Durango were completed in 5 and half hours and with 20% tip was still under $600. I could not have asked for a better detail! They got stains out that have been there for 5+ years and stains that 3 other detail companies couldn't get out. The dog hair is non-existent (mind you I have a GSD/Great Pyrenes mix and a Pitty).
