Car wash exterior cleaning water smells like rotten fish/ a dirty bathroom!! I know they use recycled water, but clearly it’s not being filtered. Really disappointed, I have been coming here for years and never seen anything like this. I will not be back!

Other low reviewers point out the use of recycled water and poor cleaning that leaves your car not very clean for your money’s worth. Also they taped the back window wiper on my mother’s car but didn’t remove it afterward or even mention it to her. The back wiper later turned on automatically when it rained and couldn’t move so it broke. We went back and told them but the large guy was unapologetic and even dismissive, calling my mother stupid. Not a way to manage a business or deal with customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and find another car wash.

While waiting to gave my car interior cleaned, watched the attendants “vacuum” another car. They were looking at an iPhone instead of paying attention. KISS seems to mean kiss of death to good service.

My husband and I used to always go here, and the service was great. Recently, the last few times have not been so great. Our cars are still so dirty on the inside that I had to wash them again when I got home. When I pay for the most expensive car wash for inside and out, I expect my car to look nice. My car should not look like this after I pay that much money.

Beware don't go. They got grease stains all over the seats and then the manager (Jesus) denied it even though the employee backed up he did it because of the dirty rags he was required to use. The manager claimed these stains just happened to be there. Look at the rags don't ever go there. Spent $50 to buy stuff to get the stains out and no refund, just total denial.

Came here with my best friend expecting a basic car wash and left with black grease smeared all over my vehicle — something that was absolutely NOT there before. When I immediately pointed it out, the employee didn’t even bother to look. Just flat-out denied it and acted like I was making it up. No inspection. No apology. No attempt to fix it. Just straight gaslighting, as if I don’t know what my own car looked like when I pulled in. The grease very clearly came from their equipment, and the attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If something goes wrong here, don’t expect honesty or customer service. They’d rather deny responsibility than do the bare minimum to make it right. I paid for a wash and left with a bigger problem than when I arrived. Save your money and your car — never coming back.
