Waste of time. I've asked to help me clean the hood of the car with their scrapper or brush which they used before the car goes through the auto wash tunnel But they were not able to do it. They don't pay attention to what customer is asking for. If I have to pay 10 bucks and still worry about that small dirt on my hood then it's not worth it

I like that they have staff to scrub your car before it goes into the wash. The solution they use or the water has a displeasing odor. Lastly, they are more expensive than other washes and yet charge for the vacuum.

I had the inside washed as well. The crew did an excellent job in such a short time. My SUV looked great both outside and inside.

I asked the attendant "Should I remove my spare tire cover?" He said I shouldn't have to. What happened? The automatic wash destroyed my tire cover. I asked the manager what are they going to do to make this right, and he responded "It was damaged due to improper installation. " Nice to know they mess up and then deny any fault. It would have cost them $20 to replace it. Also, the car wash didn't do a good job. The roof looked like it wasn't touched. I thought about going back to get a re-wash, but why? It's not going to clean it. Poor quality wash and evasive service. That's a great way to get repeat customers, muchachos!

What once cost $10 a few years ago is now $17!! Ok, so they raised the prices, so what. I bet they added a bunch of new services to go along with the raise, right? No. Absolutely no changes. And they still charge you for vacuuming! Not to mention the actual wash your vehicle gets will leave a lot be desired. Honestly, the wash shouldn't be more than $7 for what you get. Why would you go here when there are so many options for car washes that have more included services? I think the only reason they get away with it is because once you're in line at this poorly laid out wash, it's hard to not stay in line. Don't make the mistake. Know now, just don't go.

Quick service and thorough. They scrubbed the windows and pretreated for the wash. Pablo was quick and helpful. Car came out clean and they taped rear wiper to be careful. Make sure you take change or cash to get change for the vacuums. The wash will obviously run your card but you can’t for the vacuums. They do not have terry towels for wiping anything so just know when you go!

The Employees were polite. However, the water/sewage smell left on my truck from the carwash is disgusting. Their recycled water is awful. Im going to have to get it washed again somewhere else to get rid of the Sewage Stench.

Unfortunate ... growing up, a car wash meant more than the dollar. It carried pride and satisfaction through and through. That isn't kiss car wash .

On the front end - the guys with brushes - they used to scrub my wheel rims. The car wash does not scrub these clean. Now the guy taking my Ultimate Car Wash says they won’t do it. So I have a clean car with dirty rims (unless I do it myself). I own a car wash - not a work truck. An Ultimate Car Wash should solve for this rather than telling the customer “tough luck”

DO NOT COME HERE. I have never posted a negative review in my life, but after getting off the phone with "Ramon", the manager, I feel like I have no choice. I took my SUV through this car wash yesterday and a PIECE OF MY CAR WAS RIPPED OFF. An entire panel chunk, gone. The guy there at the time that I talked to was lovely, he was helpful and friendly and provided great customer service. He had me fill out an incident report, and told me I would get a call before 1:00pm the next day (today). Well, I did. From Ramon. Who claimed that a small speck of white paint on the car showed "previous damage" and so they're not responsible. They're not responsible for their car wash RIPPING OFF a chunk of my car. He was extremely rude and unhelpful and finally hung up on me after telling me to "have a beautiful day". You've got to be kidding me. By all means, listen to these other negative reviews (and look on Yelp too!) and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Update - the repair is costing me $290, no help from Kiss Car Wash- the corporate manager hung up on me as well. See the below photo for what happened after going through their car wash!!

I drove an hour to come to this car wash as there are none in my area. I paid the most expensive services which is almost $50. I understand this is not a detailing services, but I would hope that my car be properly vacuumed. I get there is dog hair which is hard to get up. I was not expecting that to actually come up, but the light stuff such as the loose dusty stuff will most of my car was missed. The door handles were not even wiped out!!!! It is sad that I used to work at this location and I know what was expected of me to have it not returned for my own vehicle. I am so very sad to give this review,

Nearly $20 car wash for a $5 job. Asked management to complete the cleaning (once they called back 3 days later) or refund us. Response: It will not get 100%, you will need to find a chemical to remove the bugs.

Back of the car did not get clean, and all that had was dust, left streaks and pools of dirt on top of the bumper and various other dirt spots on vertical surfaces. Staff was crabby, bossy and I’m not coming back. I will stick with Kaddy car wash. It’s also very tight. Turn to get lined up for the car wash entry.

Worse carwash ever paid for and not the cheapest car wash I’ve ever paid. Plus the locations sucks for getting stuck and hit in the car wash because of the parking lot… not sure attendants even pay attention to that side of the parking lot

If anyone has worked a day in retail, they'll know that "the customer is always right." At Kiss Car Wash, it appears they have a different motto: the customer is always wrong. I recently had my car "washed" at the location on Scholls Ferry Road. Upon arrival, I was guided into the car wash by one of the workers. Unfortunately, he guided me into the side of the track, gouging both my driver's side front and rear custom rims. He never instructed me to stop; only to keep moving left. I felt my wheel scrape the track, and I asked him if that was my wheel. He responded "yes, but it's okay now.” As soon as I got home, I noticed the large gouge in my front wheel, and a smaller one in back. I immediately went back to the car wash and showed the damage to the same worker who guided me into the track. He was defensive, and acted like he didn't know I was JUST there (maybe 20 minutes ago), denying any wrongdoing (yet he said he was sorry). I filed a “claim” on the spot, and was contacted by a manager, Jesus, the next day. He had me show up at the Main Street location to see the damage. He was very dismissive, immediately stating that it's not their fault, and that it looks like the damage was there before. (Side note: I have video from my dash-cam of me being poorly guided into the car wash). These wheels are a little over 1 year old. I have receipts that I brought with me as proof, and with high hopes that they'd work with me on the repair/replacement. Jesus was extremely rude and continued to blame me for the damage to my car, which unfortunately, was a result of the worker's poor guidance. He never once apologized, nor did he offer to refund me for the wash (which should've happened anyway, since the drive-thru did a HORRIBLE job cleaning the exterior). I've reached out to their "corporate" office (which happens to be the same retail location on Main Street), only to hear the same thing from another store manager I heard at my initial visit. They are not willing to work with me, and continue to deny any wrongdoing. I will NEVER visit this business again, and I strongly advise anyone who CARES about their vehicle to save their money and go to a retailer who VALUES their customers. It’s evident that Kiss does not appreciate its customers, and they take ZERO accountability when their machines/workers damage customer property. I've included an image of the gash on my wheel. You can also see the subpar cleaning job performed by their drive-thru. I've given them 1 star, ONLY because I'm unable to give zero.

Been going here for years with the same car with the same roof rack attached to the same car for the last 8 years. Today we were denied service. The guy handling payments was incredibly rude and with a pissed off face kept pointing to the sign saying no after market roof racks(He also could have told us five minutes earlier). I asked if this was a new policy and he said it's always been the rule. We won't return to this business again. We always got the top wash and always tipped both workers that scrub the car before wash entry. Never again.

We stopped in shortly after a road trip to get the bugs off the car and looked at the vehicle front end and side mirrors afterwards, which were not satisfactory for $17 car wash. We asked if those could be scrubbed off and Pablo was professional and allowed us to go through again which did not work. we were told to contact management the following Monday in which we did and received a call today stating that they do not have anything to spray and loosen up those bugs nor would they refund us for the inability to clean the vehicle. We will need to go home and complete the car wash manually.
