WARNING! I do not recommend this car wash this car wash caused SEVERE DAMAGE down both sides of my vehicle as if a grinder was taken to my paint they denied wrong doing I have call an attorney to fix this issue as a last resort thank you Thomas gates for not even looking at it

I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism of Spotless Auto. I had both my 2008 and later my 2016 Honda’s detailed at this establishment. In both instances, the vehicles looked brand new upon completion. To my own embarrassment , I travel a lot in my car (s) and both cars were admittedly neglected aside from my occasional ride through a car wash. I was amazed that the interiors could be actually cleaned to their original condition. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who wants quality at a reasonable price. The crew is amazing !

I went to them recently and got the $100 carpet and seat shampoo package. The car came out perfectly! They wiped down everything and got the stubborn wet dog stains out of the upholstery. Pics soon to come

Every time I come here everything works. The wash tunnel is heated and all the brushes inside the tunnel are working unlike other businesses in the area. Plus the towel wipe down is included with your car wash.

I brought in my car to get the interior detailed today. I have an all black interior and a white dog, so my carpet was embedded with white dog hair that I have had a hard time removing. The guys here did an excellent job, and my car feels and looks so fresh and clean. They also fit me in in a very short notice. I will definitely be back!

We are so thrilled with the quality of work that was performed on our car. We bought it from someone who probably never even thought about cleaning it and were ready to sell it because it was just awful. I scheduled an appointment for an interior cleaning and when they gave me back my keys, I checked my car and looked. It didn’t even look like they were thorough with my seats. It’s the same condition I brought it in with visible light staining that I wanted removed. The guy asked what I thought and I shook my head and asked if he seen the staining and he proceeded to clean it with glass cleaner which I questioned. This was the final outcome.

This place does a nice cleaning and detailing of your vehicle for a reasonable price. It does take several hours. Sometimes you do need to ask them to redo spots on the upholstery or go over the inside windows again. Definitely give them a try. Be sure to make an appointment.

They are normally VERY good and reasonably priced. Today(2/11/22), they were quite busy. Ordered our usual, ultimate hot wax. Seemed to go through the tunnel much quicker than normal, and didn't seem to get all the waxes, underbody, etc. When we got home...the truck was still pretty dirty...especially underneath. We used our carwash card, and they neglected to give us a receipt. This is the first time we have had a problem with the wash. Very disappointed.

I had an alright experience here. Usually I never take my car to an automatic wash. However, as the temps drop and the salt season hits, sometimes it's necessary to get a quick wash in. This place is fast and efficient. However, I'm not sure if all the services I paid for were performed. Pretty sure it says "tires dressed" on the wash description, but I'm almost positive that didn't take place. Also, the descriptions of the washes seemed a bit misleading. I thought there were no machines used during this process. I think they offer higher priced options to hand wash. But, I did end up using their soft brush auto machine. I didn't notice any scratches or damage to my car and the wash seemed better than other places. I'd check them out again during the winter months when I'm not washing my car by hand.

Highly highly recommend!! I never leave reviews, but I am just so appreciative of how awesome they are! My car has been having issues with mold for the past several months and I could not figure out where it was coming from. George found the issue and cleaned everything so thoroughly along with the rest of my car. It came out so good and I am so thankful. Prices are great! Will definitely be going back for regular detailing!

Very disappointed with the Bumper To Bumper Full Detail at Spotless Car Wash in Windham. We paid for a full detail at a cost of $159.00 and essentially got a car wash, vacuum, and a quick interior wipe down. Nooks and crannies were still filled with dirt, dust, and debris, there was still food stuck to the seats, cup holders still had sticky stuff, no "detailing" was done. It was not worth the $159.00 price tag. I had to finish cleaning the car myself. When I asked why the car still had caked on food and had not been properly detailed I was told it is hard to clean leather! Huh! I do not recommend this service, you do not get what you pay for.

Brought my SUV for Bumper to Bumper detailing and I was not disappointed. When they say customer satisfaction guaranteed they stand by that. If you are not 100% happy they will do all they can to get you there. I love businesses like this that treat you the way they want to be treated. They have earned a loyal customer.

Took my 2019 Ascent in as she was looking sad. So I dropped her off for a full bumper to bumper detail and when I came back she was almost as good as new. They missed a spot on the window frame that was surprising because its right in front of you when you get out and left streaks on the windshield. They even removed the carseat in my middle row and put it back for me. They got the big stain off the floor on the passenger side middle row floor. You can see in the video how nice it looks. They got all the gunk off my console. It looks like no one ever spilt everything in it. Other than those 2 tiny things she looks like when I picked her up at the dealership. The gentleman I spoke to was kind and helpful. He explained everything and what was included. For the price I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the amazing job they did. Will TOTALLY go back. They have seating and bar height tables for people who want to wait or they give you a time your vehicle will be done. Unlike the other place I spoke to, their pricing is upfront with a detailed list of what is included with a caveat that some larger vehicles, some trucks and SUVs, many have an added fee but it is disclosed upfront. My SUV isn't tiny but it is included in the no additional fee category. My only complaint is that the handicap parking is in front and the transaction window is near the back of the building.
