Did a great job vacuuming the entire car, could not find any dust/lint afterwords. Even washed off the leftover residue from a sticker inside the car. Outside was nicely cleaned as well.

Worst inside car cleaning I have ever had! They do a good job on the outside but looks like they didn’t touch the inside. Waste of time and money. I had to go home and clean the inside after.

Just go to a automated car wash, you're car will get cleaned better. Have been here 3 times. Car is always left with uncleaned patches. They dont even make sure to wipe in the tire dressing, it ends up all up the side of the car. Even tried to charge me for "the works" last time even though the slip was for just an exterior wash.

I have been going here for over 16 years. I just recently brought my Jeep Wrangler through on Saturday the 26th of October 2024. It came out just as dirty as it went in. Won’t be going back

They broke the passenger seat in my car, it was a manual seat where you lift a bar to move it forward; I had bought super wash with vacuum and paid to have them clean the mats, the car came out and the passenger seat was all the way forward and jammed broken; it wasn’t like that before; the clerk looks at it and the rag guy tried to fix it; he looked at it a while trying to fix it; it cost $362.50 to fix; and they denied it and refused to give me anything even though they were 100 percent at fault. I had gone there regularly, I won’t go back and I recommend you don’t go there either.

Outstanding service. Great prices. Excellent quality work. $19 for the "Royal Wash" is a bargain. Includes wash, two kinds of waxing, undercarriage wash, full vacuuming, and full interior window cleaning. They also dust the dashboard. Our five-year-old cars looked nearly new when finished.

We asked for entire car to be wiped down, car vacuumed and outside washed and wiped down. Charged $20 ... The car was BARELY vacuumed, at that point they told us that they don't wipe down the inside. They should have told us when we asked for it. They ended up wiping down the mats cause we were not happy. They did wipe them, put them in the car, slammed the door and walked away. No apology or anything, very attitudy . Will never go back. Worst service EVER

I paid $21 for a so so job. I had to call them back to my car to get the cup holder wiped out. That took 2 tries to get that cleaned because the first guy didn't understand what I wanted and just walked away.Tip box should be outside and not on the counter.i tip according to what service I get.

Unfortunately, it is such a rush job that my car is barely cleaner than it was before it went in. I have given this place my money 4 or 5 times and I always leave disappointed. My car is still dusty, the seats and floor are barely vacuumed, no armor all or any shine on my dash or anywhere on the car. I will not be back again.

Told the employees not to open the mirrors manually as they are power mirrors. Yet, the employees don’t listen and push the mirrors open manually. They do not do a thorough job wiping down the vehicle. A better wash can be had at Scrub-a-Dub Warwick

Very fast service. I believe I paid for the super wash that includes interior vacuuming and washing the windows. After my truck came out of getting washed the guys who wipe it done did a great job. I noticed though that didn’t vacuum my interior. It was worth me waiting around for the extra $2. I would definitely go back just for a wash and nothing else. I just want what I pay for.

This place is horrible. I have given them multiple chances but they do such a horrible job. $28 for a carwash with mats cleaned, they charged me for 5 mats and never cleaned the 5th one. The inside of my car was not wiped down. Brought it to there attention and they said, “we don’t do the inside”. For $28??? No thanks.

To me it's a great place for a quick wash and vacuuming. You can't go wrong with these guys. The only downside is that service doesn't go down to the details the way one would like it to be.

disappointed. paid $18 for full service and apparently they don’t do the mats or vacuum at all. when I called, the guy told me to get it detailed to remove dog hair. I didn’t expect all the dog hair to be gone but they clearly didn’t even attempt to vacuum.

Photos speak for themselves. Paid 20 bucks...truck is still filthy...the only thing that they did was wipe the water off the exterior...you'd be better off going to a gas station car wash for half the price.

This is the 2nd time this car wash locked my keys in the car. They where rude and i have to wait 60-90 minutes at my own cost to have my car opened while its running. Will never come back to this place ever again. Would not recommend this car wash to anyone ever again. They told me it was my fault they locked the keys in the car. Absolutely ridiculous

I purchased the Interior/exterior unlimited package. I've been several times, and if you have a black vehicle, stay away, every time I went through I noticed more and more scratches in the car. I'd rather do it myself . BLACK VEHICLES STAY AWAY, you'll be sorry if you continue to use this car wash. This i what you can expect your tires and wheels to look like after running through the car wash. Not impressed. I'll do it myself for now on. Other then that, the employees are courteous and friendly.

On February 18, 2024 I took my SUV through New England car wash which I've been doing for the last 13 years. Unfortunately, this trip was different as they scratched and damaged the center console touchscreen. I immediately brought the damage to the attention of Mr. Sandoval, the new owner of the car wash. He adamantly refused to provide his insurance company information for that resulted in $846.57 in damages. Instead he made deceptive and misleading representations as to why he couldn't provide the information. As a result of his actions I was forced to file a police report for property damage with the town of East Greenwich. The police officer inspected my vehicle, he clearly saw the damages they had caused and was happy to help. As he read the letter from the dealership who delivered me the vehicle in perfect condition just the previous day. It is a tremendous disappointment that a car wash that I have enjoyed for so many years without incident has been taken over by someone who's just a scammer without any business ethics, requiring police involvement to get the information he was obligated as a Rhode Island business to provide, and failed to do so. I'll drive a few extra miles to take my vehicles to a car wash that has integrity and prides themselves on a job well done from start to finish, and stands behind their service. This car wash is playing a shell games with different company names, signage, and who they actually are. The days of a "Job Well Done" at New England are in the distant past.

Brand new truck. Got its first scratch here. I’ve been using this wash for a while never had issues. I’ll change my review if they do the right thing and fix their mistake here.
