Spotfree took away the wheel blaster on the Works package while increasing cost to new customers. Old monthly customers should keep the grandfathered cost (which they are so far) and service (the wheel blaster service was removed) since it was what they paid/signed up for.

Not only did their promotional stuff not work, and they ignored my emails for almost a month now, but they had the audacity to charge my card $39. I asked for a refund online, and guess what? No reply. Now I have to get a chargeback and file a complaint with consumer affairs. This is a scammy place; stay away!

I went in there this morning, and my membership simply didn’t work. There is no attendant on-site, so it’s impossible to sort it out. The QR they provided sent me to a $17 carwash purchase screen.

You get what you pay for. You do the labor yourself. Air hose turned off part way thru. No instructions on auto-car drying, blower came on for 15 sec then turned off, leaving the car wet. Employee had no answer. I left, lesson learned. Only $12 though.

The facility and the cleaning everything is good but the drying time you guys must provide more. Time is wasting again in the vacuum cleaning area. Ive joined $35 plan. The drying time less makes me uncomfortable and I wish to withdraw the plan if you guys are not increasing the drying time. I like this place and wish to continue but the problem is still a headache and time consuming for additional drying.

Car went through the wash and then the power went out just as the air drying started, leaving my car soaking wet. It took 15 minutes to get the attention of a gas station attendant to help with the issue. Then, I was told that I have to go around and wait in line again to get the drying. Wound up hand drying the entire car. Vacuums were also not working. Washes at this place are decent, but this experience was pretty frustrating. The fact that there is no way to get into contact with someone at the car wash in the event something like this happens are definitely downsides.

I rarely ever use a drive-through car wash and almost never write reviews on anything, but after my experience at spot free car wash, I had to review it. I was hesitant at first to try it considering I was in a brand new car. Thats black…and hard to keep clean. Not only does it not have any part of its system touch the vehicle, it truly gave me a spot free clean car. I’ve been there 3 times now and it only makes sense to purchase a monthly membership. Last but not least, their self vacuum stalls you can pull up in are better than any public car vacuum I’ve gone to use. Each stall has two separate vacuum hoses. One for each side of your car with long narrow nozzles that get all the areas you can never reach and compressed air to finish the job. Last but not least, big shoutout to Memo! I went inside to look at the different membership options. He laid everything out and explained all the perks. Not to mention the great customer service, but that goes for every employee that works here.

I’ve been a monthly membership customer for a year now. About 20% of the time, I’ve been able to use all the functions, but other times, I couldn’t use the vacuum or the air gun. I only use this place for spotless car washes. I’ve also used it at other places. Reduce your price or DO provide appropriate services.

Despite paying for the $15 package, this might be the worst drive through wash I’ve experienced in the 10 years of living in LA. It did a terrible job of washing the dirt (as evident in the pictures). My toddler had drawn pictures in the dust, and it did nothing to remove the dust after washing. Even the tire wells are still filthy. Not sure if the water pressure needs to be serviced, but my car looks exactly like when it went IN prior, but now with water beads.
