I like that they have the air pressure to help get water out of tough to reach areas. Caution when using the machines to buy extra towels, window cleaner, etc but just talk to the office people they will help you.

12 bucks for the wash is still a good price, thus you get 2 air fresheners and the vacuum with the air hose blower. Go in the morning to avoid the rush. Oh and if it's going to rain you get a 3 day Grace to get your car washed free. Totally great.

I went to get a wash the other day and was warmly greeted by this young woman. I went in the afternoon, but was surprised by how professional and polite this young lady was. Now, I’m an elderly woman so most people don’t have much patience with me so I was very happy to be received with such amazing care! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and that young lady definitely needs a raise for her amazing customer service!!!

After being a loyal costumer for years ! I even had their year membership before I will NEVER set foot in any of their locations. I will not give my money or recommendation to a dishonest company. About 2 weeks ago I was vacuuming my car at this location I had forgotten I had hide 2 $100 bill b3hind my car seat cover and they got vacuum. Me being nice thinking we'll am going to say 100$ and let them claim the other 100$ for the trouble.. but Nooooo never returned my money.... so i will stop being lazy and wash my own car and I did the math it's cheaper to purchase a vacuum and do it at the comfort of my own home . And the wash doesn't even clean too good anyway . I mainly went for the vacuum

Got the “Gold” wash. It was quick and the vacuums were great HOWEVER, they don’t wash the back of the SUV. Most of the dirt and road dust was still present post-wash. The attendant told me to “tell the guy with the hose”, who then doused the back with a little water (garden hose..zero pressure!) 2nd run was no better🥲. Next time I’ll wash the car FIRST and then go through?

My husband got the membership to have our cars wash every month, we got the one that can wash up to 4 cars so 1 car a week, which is a good deal. The pressure to air dry is really strong and blow most of the water off, we just need to hard dry a bit which isn't a big deal.

I have always use the drive-through car washes at other companies. This is my first time using your company cause I just moved to the area and I had to run my vehicle twice. I paid for the platinum car wash, and my car was still dirty very unhappy with the service and the outcome of my vehicle as well blowers to dry your vehicle, where the vacuums are at don’t work as well either I guess I will have to look for somewhere else to take my vehicle in the area.

One of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had. The vacuums clearly aren’t maintained, so they get full and barely work. The setup is poorly managed—I honestly thought the car behind me was going to push mine out because the line to exit and get to the vacuums was so long. Prices aren’t great either, starting around \$12, and despite paying for the top-tier wash, my car still came out with spots all over it. Definitely not worth the time or money.

If your car is already pretty clean and you primarily just want to use the free vacuum, this place is grand. If your car is actually dirty and your looking for an inexpensive good clean, I’d recommend you look elsewhere. I had some brown spots on the front right of my car and they did not come off on the Bronze service car wash. When I went to dry off my car I noticed them and let an employee know. They gave my a second go around in the wash and sprayed the spots a little more. The spots remained little phased. I asked the person who seemed to be the person in charge if they have any guarantee for their washes, he basically said no and offered me the opportunity to buy 1 or 2 wipes that they have to help in such situations. I did not buy the wipes. I actually felt a bit insulted that they did not offer some type of product or help to get the spots off to ensure their paying customer left with a clean car and scarified. I drive often and like to have a clean car. I would have possibly considered being one of their monthly members, but after this experience probably not. Besides these spots still being on my car, everything else was great. 👍

This is hands down the worst performing car wash, I have ever been to! I’ve been to this establishment 20-30 times over the course of the last 12 months where I have selected one of the top tier washes. The only thing I can count on when coming is the vehicle will come out dirty. Thankfully they allow you to run it through again once you complain because that has been the only way I have been able to get it 50% clean. Every timeI leave, I have been disappointed but I always make excuses for this establishment because of the proximity to my home. Save your money, you can get a better wash at one of the cheap car washes that are attached to the gas stations.

No matter what condition my car is in, relatively clean or absolutely dirty, it always comes out of the wash with smudges and residue. Sometimes it looks worse than before the wash. They need to adjust the chemical settings or get some new brushes. I've been going on and off for about a year hoping for the best, but no improvements. Look elsewhere.

Shout out to Sal Alanis and Frank Thomson at Fast5Xpress Car Wash! Sal is a young man, and let me tell you — exceptional service, well spoken, respectful, and truly helpful. I don’t know what it is these days, but this is becoming a dying breed. Young, professional, and genuine. It honestly cheered me up to see that we still have some good ones out there. God bless you, Sal! And then there’s Mr. Frank — a God-fearing man who just received Employee of the Month (no surprise at all). I was wondering where his joy came from… now I understand. His spirit, attitude, and work ethic speak for themselves. I don’t know what these guys are getting paid, but I do know this — they are exceptional employees. I own a business myself, and these are exactly the kind of people I would want representing my brand. This car wash is clearly blessed because they have workers full of joy, integrity, and helpfulness. That is very, very rare. Fast5Xpress Car Wash — you guys are onto something special. 🙏🔥
