Hand wash car wash. These guys did a fantastic job. They got the road from off and the de-icer off we picked up from Oregon. They also got out the majority of dog hair. Huge plus

I wanted to get the inside of my car cleaned and washed including the floor mats. He started vacuuming before giving me the price of $150. They didn't wash/clean the floor mats. I removed them and they were dusty and dirty. The guy ripped out the tow warning light and left it hanging. They took advantage of me. I will never go there again. I will be letting everyone I know and on social media to not go to this place.

Got a full detail dont know if the guy cleaning my windows has a ring on or something but scratched them up and they drenched my seats so now the SRS Airbag system malfunction popped up so 250 detail turned into 400 bucks

I have been coming to this place for some time and have always been pleased with the service. My car is thoroughly cleaned, the workers are courteous, and my key is always handed to me when I show my receipt. The last time I was here, my key was not handed to me. I asked for it, and one of the workers walked away. The other worker asked as well, and still no answer. A man came to supposedly help but did absolutely nothing. He told me to look in my car, which made no sense because the key should have been handed to me. He then got in my car without asking if it was okay, turned it on, and said in a very rude voice tone, "See? The car turned on. The key is in here. You just have to look for it. Have you looked?" I asked him to please get out of my car, told him that I was not going to look, and asked him to please have his crew look for my key. He then had the audacity to literally grab my purse telling me to look in there! Why the heck would the key be in my purse? I asked him why he did that and he said "Maybe the key is in here". I told him to please put my purse down and asked to speak with the manager. He said "I am the manager". I told him that he was very rude and that I was not going to leave without the key in my hand. After several minutes of going back and forth with the manager (or so he called himself), I got in my car and left. Needless to say, I had a very unpleasant and embarrassing experience, to say the least. This "manager" was extremely rude and had an awful way of handling the matter. My husband is a business owner and would NEVER take that tone with a customer. Good customer service is our bread and butter. I'm also not a Karen. I know that the world does not revolve around me. However, I expect good service. After all I am a paying customer. This experience left a bad impression. I will NEVER be back.

They did not give me what I paid for very poor job. I recommend to only pay for the regular was and clean the tires yourself asked for the executive wash and only got the simple wash. Didn't clean the wheels or tires didn't armoal the interior that comes with the executive was they didn't even bother to add a freshener. Used the same 2 towel to dry the car and clean the windows left streaks all over the windshield.

I haven't been here in 15 year because the tip I was going to give them was taken , Bunch of thieves so move all your valuable before interning. I again last week better to my judgment they didn't leave it in there . Cause I didn't leave it in there but they did not do a good job cleaning my dashboard in the car. Go Raiders🏈☠

If a new car right off the factory line is 100%, I'd give Nu-Way Hand Car Wash a 94%. Of course we all expect 100%, but we're human and trying to nitpick every nook and cranny even though it's gonna get dirty again is expecting the impossible. The car before was pretty dirty filled with dirt specks and bugs from bakersfield and they pretty much made it look like a new car. I got the Super Wash for 28.99 for my Tesla. I would say it took about 30-45 minutes to finish up and they did a better job than I ever would. I would recommend doing the Super Wash I feel like it's the happy medium. Workers were kind and there's a waiting room!

Great price and good job in what they do. I take my truck every 2 weeks and I always get the executive wash and I know its 34.99 but because I have a lifted truck it was 39.99 but they do a hell of a good job. If you want to get your car washed then go here you can't beat the prices for the work they do.

Don’t waste your time…keep going ..went here twice and was very disappointed. They need to bring the prices down because the experience ain’t worth it. I shouldn’t have to stand over them to do the job. And I dislike asking you twice nicely.

This place does a great job getting your car clean but they recently raised their prices and got rid of the $10 outside special. They need to bring this back. Too expensive and can't go here anymore.

It's an old school hybrid hand and machine carwash. The service is very prompt and friendly. And your car for less than $10 looks a lot newer than you thought it was before you washed it. Probably the best car wash in the Monrovia-Arcadia-Duarte-Azusa area. Highly recommend--you will not be disappointed!

They vacuum the car very well, even the inside of the back/trunk area. They clean inside and out, windows, car door edges, center consol/drink holders, rear view mirror, etc. When they dry the car they also dry the edges of all the doors. I'm always happy when I come to wash my car here. They have a little store inside where they offer drinks, snacks and car accessories. They also offer auto detailing. I've gotten my car waxed here and they claybar everything off and did a good job with it. They use the liquid wax though, not the old school one. Overall, it's a good place to get your car washed or detailed.

Breaks my heart to only leave 3 stars. Used to be the absolute best car wash in a 50 mile radius. The 8.99 exterior wash + hand dry was unmatched. Would come here like twice a month. They completely removed the 8.99 exterior wash + hand dry tier recently, only offering a 4.99 run through their fluids which doesn't really clean much on its own. Least expensive tier after that is 16.99 on their website, which they say they don't have until I show it to them on my phone. Still better than basically every other place price and service wise, but they really need to bring back the exterior wash + hand dry. Bump it up a couple bucks if you have to but don't remove it completely please. I miss this place
