Long story short: I’m writing this review, 6 hours after my car detail, in a soaking wet car that smells like chlorine and bleach and disgusting cup holders and crevices all over the place. This was after waiting four hours and a back and forth and miscommunication of exactly what items I needed to select from the menu to get a detail, I ended up paying over $100. Which was ultimately fine, because my car really needed it- but I was expecting my car to be pleasant upon return. To me it smells and feels like a gallon of bleach was spilled all over and no one cared to wipe, dry, or let it air out 🤢

after 4 years they treated me very pourly, the worst staff especially the guy with the beard, and matt the owner did absolutely nothing for a 4year membership, wouldn’t even refund me after his employee yelled at me for asking why he wasn’t opening.

The worst car wash ever, don’t buy subscription here, not to wait in line I usually used it in the very morning, started a line before it opens, other wise it’s a min of an hour wait, they are always opened late or don’t open at all sometimes, the lady at The counter is rude and don’t want to assist.

I would have given no star if possible. Wait is always unnecessarily long. I waited for 1.5 hour and the workers didnt attend my car and kept me moving forward. The wiping part was skipped because they didnt give enough guidance on where my car has to be located for the process. Then blamed me for being in the middle to activate the water to splash. At least they should have made it corrected by coming to me to come back to the first step but instead the other guy showed up and forced me to move to second step. my car is still half ass done and dirty so went back, and they were saying “get in the line again or come back tomorrow it is your fault.” What is horrible is even if all steps were done smoothly their car wash isnt that good quality for the price anyways. Dont waste your time and money.

I’ve been here a few times and I really appreciate the workers thank you 🙏 they work hard here. I chose the extreme car wash $20 comes with a manual spot free wipe, vacuum, and air freshener. ~~or the $35 monthly wash (same wash but without the free wipe and vacuum) The wash: a worker would brush your car with soap to remove most of the dirt before the actual touch-less wash. After wash, they wipe and vacuum. It is $5 extra if it’s not included in your initial wash or if you have the monthly membership. It takes about an hour when it is busy. (Sundays) Being in line to wash to vacuum. I always tip the workers after. Thanks again!

Not a bad place if you’re in a pinch. Unless the line is backed up, this is a pretty quick stop. They pre scrub your car then the rest is the machine, they offer hand dry and vacuum for a little bit extra.

It takes 5 min per car and one car allowed through wash at a time. So I waited 30 minutes for the wash. $15 a wash. I appreciate the guy scrubbing before the machine washes.

The reviews are true. This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. If you HAVE to go here in a pinch, do not pay for anything other than the basic. There was no one to complete any of the "upgrades" on our car after your drive through. It also took an hour to go through and they scratch your car with a brush beforehand because the wash itself is no contact

It’s great that they offer 1 free extreme wash online; I wanted to try it out before committing to a monthly membership. Went on a Friday evening, surprisingly only had about a 10 min wait. The wash itself took ~ 5 min. The extreme is supposed to come with “full service vacuum” but after exiting the wash, there was no prompt on where to go for that. I’m assuming it’s self-vacuum, but there were only 3 spots & all were taken so I just decided to leave. Overall, the wash was fine. Saw some negative reviews from other people that claims their car got scratched from the manual brush but thankfully that wasn’t the case. Will come back again since it’s close to where I live. If everything goes well consistently, I’ll commit to the membership. :)

To the Owner of This Car Wash I’ve been coming to this car wash for 4–5 months. In the beginning, everything was great — the previous employees used to clean my car properly after every wash. They took pride in their work and respected customers. But recently, a new team showed up — 3 or 4 new guys — and everything went downhill. – They rush the job, use the same dirty rag on every car, and leave stains all over mine. – They act like they’re doing me a favor. There’s no respect, no effort, and zero customer service. – You advertise free vacuum and other services — but they charge for everything. – After every wash, I have to finish the job myself — windows, mirrors, and all. That’s unacceptable. These employees are being paid to do their job right. So why don’t they? This is your business, your name — and your responsibility. If you care about your customers, make sure your staff works with honesty and respect. I’m not paying $35 a month for poor service and attitude. Do better — or you’ll keep losing loyal customers like me

This place seems great at first but then it gets bad. They close whenever they want… I’m posting a picture of them being closed at 4pm and the service attendants telling me oh well come tomorrow. I’ve had a membership for 9 days… went the first 7 days in a row met with an 8 car wait every single time. Each car takes about 7-10 minutes… I went at lunch time, in the morning and in the evening. All 7 times I would’ve had to wait 30-45 minutes in line or they were closed. PERIOD. 9 days of membership 7- 20 minute drives to and from 0 washes… have only had my initial wash… you are eligible to go once a day for the month… unless you have an hour to spare you aren’t getting your car washed.

This is the worst car wash I’ve ever used. Feels like a total scam. Just so you understand: there isn’t even a single brush that actually touches your car. No scrubbing, no contact — they just spray foam on your car and rinse it off with water. That’s it. It doesn’t matter which package you choose — even if you pay for the most expensive one, all they do is spray different types of foam a couple of times and rinse again. There’s absolutely no friction involved, so dirt, dust, or leaves won’t come off. To make it worse, they don’t offer free vacuuming — you have to pay extra for that. I paid for a package that said it included tire cleaning, but no one cleaned my tires. There isn’t even a machine or service there that touches your tires. It’s all just empty promises. I don’t recommend this car wash to anyone. I wasted $20, and then had to spend 20 more minutes manually wiping down my car because it was still filthy after their so-called “wash.”

The drying phase has excessive water leakage - this is a biggest problem with this location! It always drips water while drying, and it's been always like that forever. Also keep in mind, there is a long wait - expect to wait around 4:20 minutes per car in front of you - it's not a complaint, just a heads-up. Update 10/16/25: water still dripping during dry cycle. Update 11/11/25: still leaves water drops after dry cycle

Do not have the attendants use the manual brushes on your car! The whole point of the laser car wash is for no brushes to be used so there aren’t any scratches on your car! The owner states that the brushes are approved to be “scratch free” but that is not the case. The brush left scratches on top of my car and on my hood.

Best touchless car wash! Previously was going to the ones that had the fabric strips that touch your car and it ripped off my back windshield wiper and they told me I take the risk. I’m sticking with this one! My cars so sparkly🥰
