DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!! Besides that wash is below basic and comes out wet, my car was badly scratched. I showed the employee that works there and he took pictures as you could tell it was obvious from the car wash. When reaching out to corporate as instructed, they first were friendly and said they will investigate, but then returned with a generic answer to disregard the claim without even looking into my claim or talking to the employee and since are completely ignoring my e-mails and questions. Summary: far from 'spot less' car wash, parts were still dirty car badly scratched bad customer service and ignoring obvious damage update: as I couldn't respond to owner's reply here. Unfortunately I never received any reply to my multiple emails and follow up questions. And it's great that no other cars were damaged that day, however that doesn't take the damage on my car away. They said (here below) they reviewed video footage and talked to staff on site, however they never asked for my car information or pictures nor responded to the fact that the day off, staff on site took pictures and clearly acknowledged the damage. Also till this day, after the initial generic email reply, they have not answered to any of my 4 follow up e-mails and just completely ignored me. Except of course responded to this review.

I absolutely love this car wash and the monthly membership is exactly what I need to just drive up and get it done, I also know the gas is more expensive but I love the fact that I can count on the quality of the gas that I am getting as well as what they put back into the environment. I am proud to be a member and customer of Chevron and I highly recommend them!! I also get great service from the employees and a thorough washing. They are using brooms to scrub down the cars before.you go in, and I watched 2 times in a row the guy put the brush on the ground before touching the cars. The spot free rinse is not spot free the dryer at the end is bad. I feel like my car is dirtier after the wash.

Update: Oct 2024 I have been going here for years and l still Love that they scrub the windows before the car goes thru the wash. However, the car was itself is not the same. There has been more services offered and the price has gone up but the was is not spot free. My car did not look like it went thru a 'Delux Wash'. This has been happening more lately.

Washes the car just fine but doesn't dry efficiently. Everytime you will have to wipe down your car after exiting so make sure to bring rags with you unless you want water spots.

My car was still wet after going through the machine. Not just water spots here and there, totally wet. You spend no time getting dry in the tunnel. Total waste.

The Bubble Machine has always been about great car wash. I've been going here for years. It's well priced, and my car always looks great after I get it washed. They have a monthly unlimited plan that is great if you need to wash your car regularly.

They scratched my car TERRIBLY!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! I saw the man scrubbing my hood because there was a spot with bird droppings on it. He didn't scrub it off, he SCRATCHED it off. I paid cash and you have to give the receipt you're given from the cashier to the car washers to get serviced. So here I am, trying to advise other people not to come here. :( Also, this place SMELLS!!!

My go-to spot for a good car wash. There is no need to get out of your car unless you want a vacuum using their coined devices. Overall, it was a great experience.

Ugh, the Bubble Machine Car Wash stinks like rotten eggs and a port-a-potty. It wasn't like this when I visited towards the end of 2013 so something must have changed before my recent and final visit. Before entering the car wash, the car attendant handed me my antenna -- freaked me out because I've never taken it off before. Some other drawbacks: soap residue was left on my back window and this drive through has the shortest blow dry cycle of all the auto car washes I've been to in LA county. While the drive-through did wash off the layer of dirt on my car, the soap residue left throughout the exterior of my car was an eyesore. I can understand the need to recycle water during this dire drought, but possibly unsanitized reclaimed sewer water is where I draw the line for health reasons :( 0 stars for the car wash, 1 star for the attendant taking off the car antenna so it wouldn't be broken off. I'm done with this place and will use a car duster instead to save water and pay a little more at a different car wash once in a while.

Horrible customer service, and my car didn't even get cleaned. They tried to give me a free one, but I passed. Didn't even bother to ask for a refund.

Whent into car wash, broke my antenna, email to complain the answer "they are not responsible "🤯. They told me that I had to remove the antenna before going into car wash, I had never heard such a thing. I have been a client for over 10 years, and same car ,very disappointed . That was my last car wash there .

I've been using this place for car wash since it started. The thing that makes the car wash experience unique here is that before the machine wash they attendants brush the entire surface with a brush including tires, front and back screens (wind shields) and windows. This process makes any hard debris on the vehicle removed e.g. tree saps, bird droppings, extra dust, dirt, etc. Later on, when the vehicle exits the wash area making a left turn inside the station's compound takes to the place where one can clean and wipe water spots, and vacuum the inside for a nominal charge.

Took the most expensive option, and the irony is my car came out Polk a dotted with spots. Bring a rag to dry the car off after because the machine doesn’t take enough time to push all the water off a car. Otherwise, good value. May damage rims on the track tho so watch out.

Here's why — 1.5 star rating... I was unaware that this car wash was the track activated type which required locking your vehicle's wheels on a Track and pulls it along the wash through its cycles. I asked the gentleman a couple times whether my rims were too wide for the track which he acknowledged by telling me that "I Was Fine, I'm Good." I discovered the damage almost right as I began marveling at how clean it actually came out. I'm extremely disappointed and I hope this helps someone avoid suffering through dealing with this type of issue.

NOTE BEFORE YOU GO: recently I went there twice and the car wash was closed not sure if they are under repair or permanently closing, no one answers the phone, I would suggest that you check before you go. Their other branch is in Washington blvd but the wait time for that is very high This is my favorite express car wash now esp cause of the post wash free vacuum area, they have strong vacuum that are always on (not coin op) My car has never been damaged here, no mark or paint chip, and I go here a lot.

Wish I could give them an accurate review, but I couldn't even get in to get my car washed. Tried to go in on a Wednesday at 11:30am, but they were closed despite the website and Google saying they're open from 8am-6:45pm. I've seen reviews before mine saying they randomly close, which is incredibly inconvenient. I hope this is rectified sooner rather than later, in the meantime I suppose I'll have head somewhere else.

Went through the car wash today and half of the brushes weren’t spinning. Barely cleaned my car spots & stains all over still They should shut down or at least put up a big sign saying half of the wash isn’t working.

Leaves spots on all glass. Doesn't dry at all. Not touch free and is smelly. Though I paid for it, not sure whether there was any rain-x or ceramic sealant.
