Out of all the years I've been coming here, would you believe this is my first time leaving a review? Yeah, I can't believe it either. Allow me to start by saying that Carlos did an excellent job. Even though he's only been here 2 weeks, he's had prior experience in New York and it shows. One major thing I noticed with him was that he was eager to learn more and he didn't come off as a guy who knew everything. Furthermore, he was respectful. His mannerisms were TOP-NOTCH! Keep up the EXCELLENT work Carlos! Now, let's rap about Victor! I'll say that he was the one whom actually encouraged me to write a review in the first place. He has EXCELLENT customer service. He was knowledgeable and friendly and I trust him with my vehicle. Keep in mind, that is NOT TO SAY I don't trust the other mechanics because I trust them as well! Keep up the EXCELLENT Victor! If you don't have your own shop by now then I hope and pray you get it because you deserve it. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE is what customers like myself look for. It's what encourages people to come back and you've always displayed that every time I come. Please continue with that kind of service. It'll never go unnoticed. In my closing, I have to also give a S/O to Mr. Steve, Jesse, Jamar and Hector. I appreciate all that you do for me and I'm pretty sure I speak for other customers as well! If they don't appreciate you then just know that I do! Thank you Mr. Steve for your knowledge and laughter. Every time I see you, I'll always be reminded of how you kept your composure after you repeatedly told the customer that he had to stay inside his vehicle 7 times. You kept on saying it in a nice way, but the customer just wasn't getting it. So thanks for that laugh. Lol Thank you Jesse for your expertise on the oil and patience! I definitely appreciate you and keep up the EXCELLENT work! Thank you Jamar for bringing to my attention the drain plug replacement. I greatly appreciate you and keep up the EXCELLENT work! Jamar and Jose were very pleasant and professional. My experience was smooth, timely and much better than I was expecting. I had my oil changed, an engine flush and a car wash for one low price. If I could give this place 0 stars I would… I had a detail appointment scheduled for weeks, show up on time for the appointment… was told by BRENDAN who is supposedly the site manager that his detailer called out and detailing wasn’t available today… being that I am 9 months pregnant and my boyfriend was paying for this to get done before our daughter arrived, I said my boyfriend could speak with him regarding this - Brendan spoke to my man right in front of me on MY phone about the issue… Brendan promised he would take money off of the detail service, and to come the next day at ANY TIME to get my car detailed… was apologetic and felt bad because we have a kid on the way…however come the next day, i wasn’t feeling well, so my boyfriend took my car in for me… tell me how he spoke directly to BRENDAN and this dude claims he never had a conversation with my man yesterday! Said his detailer went home early today and the service can’t even be done! So now my man has to drive all the way to splash in Shelton to go get the car detailed?! Nah… this is the absolute worst experience ever… how you a site manager and not prepare for things like this? You don’t communicate to your customers? Wildly disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS SPLASH IF YOU WANT A DETAIL… COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

I have been a long time splash customer for over 7 years. And a monthly member for the last 4 years. Recently I had an incident At the Boston post road west haven location with my windshield wiper. 2 of the gentlemen from the washside Started helping me. Unfortunately, my windshield ended up getting cracked in the process. What I did not realize at the time, Was Mr. Jesse The repair shop manager had eyes on the entire incident and even swooped in to advocate For me when the wash side manager lied and tried to say it was my fault. He went out Of his way to find A windshield repair shop. He did research and found out that my car cannot utilize after market products and he facilitated Communication to ensure that I was issued a check for the full amount. I know that this would not have been done without him. Because the car wash side manager was trying to screw me Out of getting the windshield repaired. I am very grateful that there are still up standing gentleman in this world that stand for what's right especially In any facet of the car business when it pertains To not pushing over women. This was my second time coming here. I have to say those guys are great. They made me feel extremely comfortable as a woman receiving an oil change. They showed me the oil stick, the air filters that definitely needed to be replaced. Checked my tire pressure. I'm sure other places do this service as well. However, I appreciate customer service above all else and communication! I would highly recommend this business.
