This place is an absolute gem for car enthusiasts! The team is not only incredibly welcoming, but also highly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. My father and husband are regulars here for custom work and detailing, including top-notch PPF installations to stunning upgrades. I always enjoy checking out the lineup of beautifully customized cars they have on site. It’s clear they treat every vehicle like a work of art.

Amazing hand car wash. I had my car shipped from Florida and after washing my car 3 times, I finally found Castro Oasis. The staff was friendly and courteous. They did a great job getting rid of all the spots on my paint, my car was spotless after their service. The waiting area is very comfortable, neat and clean. Highly recommended!!

I could not have been happier with the service at Castro Oasis! Luis and his team were very friendly, professional, and took wonderful care of me and my vehicle. I wanted to have my vehicle ceramic coated and Luis took the time to carefully go over my vehicle, go over all the best options for me, and make recommendations. There was never any hard sell and I never felt pressured into anything I did not want. They did a wonderful job! I also love the fact that I can go there to have my vehicle washed on a regular basis too. On top of that, their facility is beautiful, modern, and spotless! I highly recommend them for any car care and detailing. I've since been back to have Castro Oasis add "chrome delete" around the windows of my vehicle. It came out great! Better than I could have ever done. And, I've been back multiple times to use their hand car wash as well. They really do a meticulous job!

Just got my wheels and calipers ceramic coated at Castro Oasis. They did an awesome job!!! I will definitely be taking my cars there in the future for all the work I need done. I also have to send a special shout out to Alicia. She was absolutely amazing. Always answering all my questions, keeping me up to date on the process and was very responsive. All and all excellent work from the whole team at Castro Oasis!

I have come to Castro Oasis 6 or 7 times over the last 2 years for car washes and express details for my car and my wife’s. Every time, the staff is incredibly friendly, they thoroughly explain how the processes and products they use get superior results, and the quality speaks for itself. Last month, I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary with a major detail service for her CR-V. Her car is important to her and it showed lots of signs of wear and tear. We don’t have a garage, so I went for full interior & exterior detail plus touch up paint, headlight restoration, and 3 step Ceramic Pro treatment to reduce UV damage to the paint. You can see by the before and after pictures below that we were thrilled by how shiny and new her car looked when it was done. Even a month later, it is very clean and it is obvious that spending extra for Ceramic Pro was worth it. If you are anywhere in the New Haven area and you want your car taken care of the way it deserves, Castro Oasis should be your first and only stop! Thank you to Luis, Alicia, and the whole crew for keeping our cars looking new when we bring them in!

Beyond impressed with the attention to detail at Castro Oasis. I took my 2023 Tesla Model Y Performance for some of their Kavaca PPF. They were very informative of the product they offer plus some recommendations that would keep the car shining for a while. They walked me through the shop and showed me current jobs they are working on, and recommended getting a ceramic coating for the car. The shop is just beautiful to be present at. Luis is very friendly and the whole crew’s customer service is incomparable. Beyond happy with the work done on my vehicle and will recommend any car services to be done at Castro Oasis. I got PPF and a 2 year Ceramic coat and will be going for additional follow ups plus their car wash service is definitely state of the art.

They made my 2009 Mercury Milan look like it just came out of the show room. Not only the outside but the interior from dashboard to carpets and the trunk and engine compartment. The only complaint I have is they charged me for the credit card fees. They should tell you that in advance so you can pay in cash or build it into their quoted price. I highly recommend getting your car detailed by them.

There are hundreds of places to have your car cleaned and taken care of, however if you want your car to look above and beyond there is only one. Oasis is the best name for this place because it really is the very best I’ve ever have used. Imagine pulling in with a dirty car, you are not happy with the way it looks and you want it to look it’s best. You will immediately be greeted by one of the friendly staff there who are probably more excited about your car than you are! They will explain your options for a cleaning and deliver like you have never seen before. After a little bit of time waiting in their huge waiting area complete with tables and WiFi you are going to see your car looking like it did when you bought it. One of the most astounding experiences I’ve had was with my older 911 I was selling a few months ago. I sent it in for a good cleaning, clay bar, wax sealant etc. Before putting it on the market. This car came out looking 20 years younger. It looked so incredible I was second guessing selling it and just keeping it along with my new one, but garage space guided my hand in that one. This car came out absolutely amazing and I had to tell the new owner where to get her washed because I haven’t found anyone else that could do work like this. TLDR; friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff, amazing array of offerings, huge waiting area with WiFi. Leave with a showroom finish.

I never did ceramic coating or tints on any of my vehicles. I did my research and Castro Oasis was one of my top choices. They did not disappoint. When I came out to check out their facility before dropping cash. A gentleman came outside to greet me and welcome me in. He heard what I was looking for and took me on a tour around the shop floor. He showed me sample of work that they have completed and explained the technical details and materials used in ceramic coating and tinting. He did a demo of the ceramic tint heat and uv resistance capability and I was sold. These guys are the real deal. During the tour I found out the guy giving me the tour was Luis one of the owners and a former engineer. His engineering background really shows in his methodical approach and realistic expectations that he sets. Seeing the type of cars his customers bring to him from lambos, R8 and so much more you can tell he has made his mark and if not his shop is one to look out for. I got the 7yr ceramic coating (2 layers ceramics coat) and ceramic tints all around including the windscreen (why skimp the windscreen is a huge heat and uv contributor to inside the car in the hot months). I got the looks and the protection. Castro oasis did not disappoint in the finish plus the VIP treatment was icing on top of the cake. They are not the cheapest game in town but you get what you pay for. If you want good quality, workmanship, materials and vip treatment, trust me these are the guys you want. Plus they offer other car services like detailing and so much more... I will be taking my other vehicle to these guys and using their other services. Thank you Luis and team. I could write a book on you guys. It was truly a pleasure.

Castro oasis is amazing! I brought my Tesla model y in for tints, ceramic coating, and PPF. Luis was wonderful and took the time to explain how the process would go and the differences in the tints. The day of drop off, he even drove me to work and picked me up when the car was ready to go. Zero complaints, and will definitely be back to future services and car washes! Luis, Greg and his team are top notch in terms of communication and levels of workmanship. I brought my R8 to them recently to fix a botched job by Fairfield AutoSpa that had made a mess of the vehicle. Castro Oasis took that mess and turned it into a masterpiece. The attached photos are NOT photoshopped. This is how the car looks in the evening with overcast skies. Also my birthday just happened to fall on a day they had the car which they made sure to send me an email with my vehicle in it and written across the windshield happy birthday. If you want work down to your vehicle, only go here. You don’t want the problems a sub par place like AutoSpa will give you. You want the job done right.

He took the time not only to explain everything they can offer but showed me as well.They tinted my windows on my Suburban and I also had the 7 year Ceramic coat applied. .The results are amazing! It looks better than it did brand new! Pictures don’t do it justice! Their attention to detail is flawless, including the hand car wash part of the business. Castro recently did a full frontal PPF, custom PPF coverage for the grill/lower valance, door sills, and wheel scuff repair. I’m pretty OCD and specific about my vehicle care and work being done on it. Before dropping it off, I had a bunch of questions and concerns through a few phone calls. Each time they took the time to pleasantly address everything I asked about even if I asked before. They were up front and honest with expectations and time frames. Obviously PPF is pricy but prices were on par and competitive with similar shops providing the similar products and services. When I picked it up, I was ready for something not to be up to my standards due to my car OCD or just the nature of PPF for certain areas. I was wrong. My truck came about better than I could have imagined. The attention to detail and time to ensure it was done correctly showed. It’s also clear they value their customers through great interactions and service. The wheel scuff came out perfect as well. Thank you Castro Oasis. I would recommend them to anyone for Ppf or car care needs.

Once again Luis and the team at castro oasis have gone above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. I came to them a year ago for ppf and tints for my wife's palisade and returned for tints, ppf, and addition of carbon fiber valence, side skirts, and rear quarter panels on my new bmw m340i. As you can see the end result is absolutely gorgeous and their attention to detail shows in every aspect of their work. Can't recommend castro oasis enough.
