This company is not to be trusted if you use there car wash bay at 6000 sandy springs rd Laural md 20707 warning using this car wash my will damage your vehicle and the people who run it will not reimburse you for the damages I took my Lincoln Navigator to this establishment on January 31st to have it wash after I drove out to dry my truck off I noticed that the brushes tore off the plastic cover under my front left driver mirror I went into the establishment to report it to the clerk on duty at the shell he advise me that they were not responsible for damages cost by this car wash bay and gave me the information to a company who runs it I spoke with a associate by the name of april l Neal she ask me to email her photo of the damages which I email her she reported it to her damage account associates who name is deanne Springer who call me and ask me to send her photo also which I did email her on February 3th 2020 she told me that she was going request video from her client at the shell gas station from inside of the wash bay to see if my mirrors were folded in and she would get back to me when she receive the videos from her client who owns the gas station when I didn’t get any response back from Mrs Springer I email her back on the 25 th of February which she told me that her client sent her a thumbnail copy of the video that she couldn’t get it to work and she was going to request another copy still I heard nothing from the company after waiting for a month I emailed her again she then told me that she could not get another copy of the video and that her client told her to deny my claim because they said my mirrors were not folded in which they never had any video to prove other wise my suv is a luxury vehicle that has all power accessories which I can control from the inside driver door panels they are responsible for any damages cost by this car wash and did not show any video from inside of the car was bay if they had video they would have it of me when I went back inside of the bay to retrieve the plastic cover to my trucks mirror which they had no video of also Mrs deanne Springer told me to file a claim with my insurance company for the damages which will cost me a $500.00 deductible I will be filing a damages complaint with the better business bureau and filing a small claims complaint with the state of Maryland court against both companies I urge anyone not to use this establishment to wash or gas up there vehicle I believe that they also putting low octane gas in there pumps and charge higher prices warning beware of this establishment car wash is ran by pma management companies needs to be investigated on how they handle there damage claims

Convienent location right off 95, you get a discount on gas when you purchase a car wash like most places. This car wash uses hard things that wash your car pretty well. Sometimes it pops my mirror in and roughs my wipers around a bit too violently for me, but I will probably continue to go.

This is a shell gas station with a car wash. I paid $14 for deluxe wash. Great job. The vacuums are $1.50 and are standard vacuums. This is not a location with free vacuum. They do sell car cleaning supplies in the store. This is a nice clean place, not busy. I was expecting something different from website I viewed, but this worked out.

This is a touch car wash, however it works perfectly. The best part of the car wash is the undercarriage wash, which I find that many of these types of car washes don't have. The wait can be long though sometimes, especially after any kind of winter weather.
