I've had great experiences using the self service bays here to wash my cars and power washing my engine bays. I enjoy the fact that the self service bays accept credit cards so I don't have to get change or carry cash to use the machines.

They have a lot of options, including the high pressure wand, brush, blow dry and detail dry. Very nice, has a credit card reader. And has a countdown so you know when your time is ending so you can finish or add more time.

Decent car wash for the price and for it to be an automatic no touch wash. I wish it had an air dryer to dry the car off a little but for $10 (most expensive wash) you can't ask for much, right?

The new owners of Devail Carwash are great! They keep their property very clean, too. My car always looks so clean after I come out of the automatic wash. And the prices at Devail Car Wash are so cheap, I love it! I live in Catonsville and I’d say, Devail Car Wash is worth the drive! I will definitely be back.

Great customer service. This car wash provides free car wash on birthday. So I text their number confirming the birthday offer and I scheduled car wash. Mr.Justin, who works here was very professional and polite. The car wash was decent. Overall experience was excellent.

Cons: I went through the automatic wash and it didn't rinse off all the soap. I think the wash should be a bit longer and be more thorough. No dryer. You need change for the vacuums. Pros: The space around the area was adequate for detailing. Good in a pinch for a quick rinse I guess. Prices have been adjusted ($10 for full wash).

While I never actually got to use the (automatic) car wash, I’m giving 5 stars because I had issues where two of my cards (debit and credit) were declined but still showing as pending charges. I called the number off of Google and spoke with Mark the owner and explained the situation just wanting to make sure they would fall off on Monday (it’s a Saturday) .. he was busy at first and asked that I call back in 10 minutes. Before I had a chance to return the call - he called me and assured me they would fall off and if for some reason they didn’t to call him back directly and he would handle it. I’m impressed by his professionalism and dedication to making sure I harbored no ill will to the business.l.. For that reason alone I’ll return again with cash soon and give them another try.

I went to the location in laurel a couple weeks ago and the card readers were down. The owner took it upon himself to try and get them back up and running but when they couldn’t he put $5 in and let me wash my car. I’ve also had a friend go to the self service bays and had someone tell him to pull in because there was time left on the machine. This is the best car wash place I’ve been to in laurel. The new owner really takes pride in his work. Keep it up.

I was going to the car wash because my sister and I lost our jobs on the same day. I gave her encouragement as I was washing my truck. As a result, she started her new job today. God is good. I am going on a second interview for a job today. I will never forget my experience at this car wash.

I am giving it a 2 stars, because my windows were the only thing that got cleaned. I went here because I was looking for a good Car Wash and these reviews were astronomically good. So I went and I was disappointed. Everyone was hyping this spot up. I had to go to a different location to get it washed. Because I couldn't wash my own car with my injury. Another 33$ dollars on top of 12$ dollars. It would be different if I went to the self service, which I usually do it would have been four 🌟

Automatic touch-free wash is not very effective but you get what you pay for ($12). My truck still had dirt all over it even after the premium wash. Might be good if you’re in a hurry.

Amazing touchless car wash. Highly recommend doing the premium $12 option. Don’t pay until the person in the car wash is done. I believe my credit card couldn’t read for that reason. Shortly after the person left I inserted my card and it worked. Car wash took less than 5 minutes. I loved the extra coating, shine and how clean everything was. My tires were filled with dirt and mud. They were clean after. When you turn in it can be really tight if it’s the weekend

The self service option isn’t bad. I did the touch less today and my car was still fairly dirty afterwards. Might work if you are washing it every few weeks.

Pulled in here today for the first time after reading other reviews specifically mentioning it being a good touchless wash. Paid $10 for the "deluxe wash"... And followed the prompts, entering until told to stop.. putting it in park..waiting until told to leave. Pulled out and into a spot to use a vacuum, and got out only to see these results. Your mileage may vary, but frankly it doesn't even look like it got washed at all. You can see me swipe my finger across a dried spot on door panel there, and then the photo of what it left on my finger. I definitely feel like I just wasted $10 at a time where paying for a car wash is a luxury for my limited budget. Also worth noting that the automatic wash does not include a blow dry on the way out.
