They have 1 person helping you once you get there to put your car in the tracks. That 1 person will pressure clean (the drivers side) quickly as you are rolling into the car wash while the other side doesn't get pressure cleaned. On occasions, the 1 person helps you get on the tracks, and then they don't even use the pressure cleaner. They are too busy scrolling through their phones. I have the subscription, and I am thinking about canceling.

This place has completely gone downhill. It used to be my favorite spot to wash and clean my car every week, and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Now the equipment is constantly broken, the air pressure barely works, and whole lines in the cleaning area are useless. On top of that, there’s never enough staff around, and when you do need help, no one is visible. Very disappointing to see how much this place has deteriorated

The dirt didn't come off, the remaining brushes left scratches on the black car, the right brush didn't work at all, so the right side was dirty, when I asked to rewash it, I was refused. the result does not wash, leaves scratches.

I stop by here today because I wanted to find out about their monthly plan which I find out they're having a special on right now everybody for $5 for the month and if you want to continue they can't tell you exactly how much next month bill will be at this moment but whatever plan that you pick just assume it's going to be whatever that plan says that will be the bill for next month but they couldn't confirm that today but I got a plan today for $5 so I can go as many times as I want and I'm not sure if you guys know this but I found this out today that they have a machine right there at the end of all of the vacuum cleaners where you can take your mats your rugs out of your car press the start button and it will clean your mats and rugs for free once you have paid for the car wash they have the vacuum cleaners and let me tell you those vacuum cleaners are super strong with the suction they will clean anything out of your car well just giving you all a heads up $5 is so little to pay for a car wash, it don't come around often so you guys better hurry on over. Oh yes I came here for the car wash because a lot of birds pooped on my car all over cuz I park under a tree at my job and so when I pulled up at the entrance of the car wash they got the brushes out and started scrubbing trying to give it a head start of cleaning some of the bird poop off of my car and being that it was on there like baked I went around and went to the office and let him know it didn't clean it good they had me go back through it again so that it would clean it again and they scrubbed it the hood and and took care of me I think that was great that they did that and they gave me a chance to go through it again This place is five stars in my book that's why I keep coming back here. Don't think that the car wash wasn't good it was only because the bird poop I had it on my car for like 4 days because I went to another car wash that was convenient at the moment and it was broken so I waited and the sun baked it in so it gives no bearing on their car wash and the service because it's always been good. This is not my first time here it's just my first time buying the monthly plan.

This was the best value car wash, but of course they had to ruin it. False advertising, won’t let you get the basic $6 wash or the $10 wash, forcing you to get the $15 one. See picture.

I needed a car wash and decided to use their services without reading the reviews. I purchased the ultimate wash, which is $26. Yet, my car came out as if I purchased the $5 wash. My tires weren’t clean, the back of my car wasn’t even touched with soap and water, and the “wax” wasn’t applied to my car. When I informed one the attendants presented, he saw the issue, agreed that quality wasn’t sufficient, but was advised by his superior that the company do not do re-wash. Thus, I would have to pay for another wash. I am giving two stars because the attendant I initially spoke with took a brush with detergent to scrub all the problem areas. Although it did not help the problem, because my car requires water to rinse out what he had just performed, the effort he made to make it right should not go unnoticed.

I enjoy going to spin car wash except when the wash were first opened there were a large mirror to help direct you on track into the wash. Why spin want replace the mirror please help.

The only reason they got ONE star is because I can’t give ZERO. I paid for a car wash and all I got was a rinse. No soap, no pre spray, NOTHING. A dry dusting w. those filthy spinning towels. A little rinse off at the end. The customer service is deplorable. After complaining about the service received, I thought my issues would be corrected. I was wrong. I was sent back thru the wash again with no soap to WASH my car. Do not patronize this establishment, they are providing poor service to their customers and they do not care about the community.

I took my car today around 3 o’clock to 315 to get my car washed and the washer blew off the back of my top of my bumper in my Mazda CX five when I told the two people that were working there they had to stop the machine just to find my part that the machine had ripped off of my car Then they apologize and told me to fill out a paperwork when I filled out the paperwork I asked for their managers, phone number they said they don’t have a phone number that someone will contact me. It was very bad service it damaged my car. They didn’t give me too much communication. I should’ve called the cops And I won’t recommend anyone to ever go there again.

drove to this car wash yesterday around 4–5 PM intending to get my car cleaned. While pulling in, I noticed some workers drinking beer on the job. Seeing that immediately made me uncomfortable and concerned about professionalism and safety. Because of that, I decided not to wash my car and left. This is not something customers should ever have to witness at a business like this. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

This car wash falsely advertises a six dollar wash on their signs. Once you get to the kiosk to pay, they tell you that the six dollar wash is only for police. The cheapest wash is $21. Bait and switch illegal scam. Furthermore, they only clean the left side of your car with the sprayer and brush when you’re going in leaving the right side dirty. The staff is lazy and are drinking beer on the job.

It doesn't matter if you choose the most expensive service, the truck was still dirty and poorly washed. They tell you they'll give you a rewash, but they don't guarantee it will be clean. I wasted my time there.
