Alex was great to work with! I had ceramic coating done to my brand new car and it looks fantastic… Even better than brand new! If you’re getting a new car, this is THE FIRST PLACE TO GO, before you take it anywhere else - while paint and wheels and everything are in perfect condition. ….Then from that point on, you’ll have that new car look for years to come. Drexler has a nice shop with great lighting to work in, very clean and in a convenient location. The ceramic products Drexler uses are their own custom formulation, which is great because Alex has been doing this a while and he knows what works best and looks fantastic! Got my 2023 M340 ceramic coated at Drexler Ceramic and I am so happy with the results! The price was very fair, they were friendly, great communication and were able to be flexible with my on short notice. Highly recommend if you care about your car, especially if it’s black. It also looks significantly better than when I bought the car thanks to their paint correction being included in their ceramic coating package.

I purchased a 2023 Acura TLX Type S and it is my first “luxury” car. I wanted to make sure that I took some precautionary steps to keep it looking as new as possible and protect the paint. I already had some swirls in the paint although it was brand new from the dealer. I did some research and actually found them in Groupon for ceramic coating. I saw they had great reviews and decided to schedule an appointment. They were friendly and communicative. I love the way my car looks. The swirls were not only gone but it was so shiny! Definitely recommend them.

I originally made a post with out knowing all the details. I was not able to reach anybody to help me with this issue that I had with my car as I had explained. I have to say they have redeemed them selves. It was all a misunderstanding and they have helped me solve my issue. Thank you for making it right. The service was efficient. The communication was better. I would do business with them in the future. I am now satisfied with the service provided. Thank you Diammox car care. I’ve had a frustrating experience with DAVID, who did a ceramic coating service on my car shortly after I bought it. I waited over half an hour for him to arrive, which should have been a red flag. After leaving my car for a whole day, I picked it up to find a weird chip that wasn’t there before. When I noticed some spots on the wood that were visible under light, I expressed my disappointment, and DAVID assured me he could fix them. I brought the car back after two weeks, but the work felt rushed. For the price I paid, I expected better quality. He offered a warranty that turned out to be meaningless, as the spots on the wood only became more pronounced. I reached out to see how we could resolve this, but he never responded. My advice: do your research! I wouldn’t recommend him or have them do any work for you.
