Disgusting service, paid for a car wash, but the car wash does not work !!!! And the cashier refuses to return the money ... says to come tomorrow and wash a car tomorrow. This is complete nonsense!

I recently went to get gas here and my money was refused, cashier didn't even look at it or check the money, I had to resort to use my debit card What if I didn't have my card and only had cash money?

The clerks tend to be a little rude, but the prices at this location are cheaper than other Shell stations, so good to combine with the WD fuel rewards program.

Went there this morning looking to put gas and needed coffee...Well NO COFFEE!!! Lady (Cashier) didn't even check. I had to make myself a capuccino and it tasted like hot chocolate!!! Station Needy of Management!

First of all whoever was working tonight was very disrespectful and acted like they didn't understand english. Instead of offering help she told me to go somewhere else with my reward.This is my favorite station so customers need better service than that.

Typical gas station with car wash and products store. Best price for gas in the surrounding area. Sometimes pumps are broken (and not identified as broke ). Pump receipt printer never works which drives my crazy. Car wash is nothing special, does a basic job of cleaning car

I was a witness of an Justice at this gas station. Last Sunday night, an Spanish customer paid $30 for gas to be pumped at 10 and the cashier made a mistake and placed the order at the 11 pump. They man did not speak English and when he came several times to tell the cashier the pump was not giving any gas, she will ignore him and kept attending other customers. Then he asked her to return his money and instead of getting his money back, she charged him again another $30. Crazy! Something is not ok at this gas station. The cashier was very rude, nasty and even made discriminatory statements against me because I was in the man's side. I called the police and since it was an emergency I was told the man will have to wait until an officer could come. The man had to go and said that he will leave it to God's hands and proceeded to pump second paid $30 gas. I have given my money to her and she was giving hard time and mocking me. I asked her to give me my money back and I left to get gas across this gas station. Something must be wrong with this cashier that instead of apologizing, she retaliated against the man. She should not be attending customer because she lacks of customer services skills.

The card Reader at the car wash is disabled. So i had to leave car in line and go inside the booth to pay. They told me they are closed for a shift change tally!😳 I said I am blocking others and the two cashier's threw up their shoulders and told me to gat out and wait. 7 min later they reopened. Meanwhile others were stuck waiting for gas and other transactions too. Way to run a business. Just close when you want.... With no regard for anything or anyone.

On January 24th I went to this gas station and paid 8:90 $ for the car wash, which is the car and called "the works", and the truth is that it is not even half of what the sign says at the window. The truth is that they only put soap on the car once and then rinse it two or three times with water and that's it. Nothing that the sign says is true. Be careful if you do not want to waste your money.

The car wash here is clean, fast, and very very affordable. The staff is helpful and this gas station offers gas discounts by using the fuel rewards app. You also can save on gas when getting a car wash which is a win-win. Thanks SHELL ⛽️
