Since under ownership, these new car was attendants are lazy and didn't care for your vehicle or trailer. We will not be returning and I don't recommend anyone to go here even for a simple wash.

Pulled up no line early in the morning. About 5 to 6 guys waiting. Soon as I pulled up, they all got up and ready to do the job. They all did a great job. My truck and trailer was very dirty and they left it looking very nice. The crew is very nice, and I highly recommend this place to get your truck washed.

This is a disappointing review. But the management and ownership has to be seen and recognized as lacking integrity and accountability. A recent visit, an incident occurred where the cash wash attendant stepped on an RV landing step in the stowed position and broke two welds. With the incident being documented, photos taken and a report being signed by onsite employees. It has been 2 weeks, countless phone calls, and no follow up correspondence from the manager Eric, or the ownership team. It was a fair paid service. Unfortunately responsibility is not being taken. I am left with a damaged RV. Please take caution with this business.

They did great! Property is still under construction and I look forward to good things from this place. My truck was extremely dirty and they got it clean. I look forward to great things from this place as they get settled in. clean restrooms. Coffee bar looks good. Lots of places to sit and wait for your truck to finish. Can’t wait for the vacuuming area chrome shop. They do have a tire lube express that sells tires. And like I said still under construction when finished this place is going to be dope

If I could give this place a 0 I would, I went in for a last minute wash today before hitting the road and while they were washing it their brush that goes over the truck bent my visor on my truck and messed up my brackets that hold the visor, the only thing I was told is that the owner wouldn’t want to do anything about it and all they could do is give me a free wash next time, for a place that is trying to grow didn’t really seem like their was any interest in helping me out. Granite I’m not here to take advantage of the situation or probably wouldn’t have asked for any money if I felt like the manager genuinely felt bad or have he even said sorry but honestly just seemed like he didn’t care at all and that’s what’s really annoying. I always go to blue beacon because i feel like they do a pretty decent job for the price and have never had any problems with them damaging anything on my truck. Pretty upsetting that not only did I pay more for the wash but now I have to pay to either get a new visor or see if my visor is fixable because not only is everything bent but have to do body work to fix the holes that the bolts go through because by the visor bending upwards it made the holes way bigger so the rivets are spinning now. Definitely won’t be coming back here. ( first and last picture is how the visor was before, now it’s bent upwards and of course doesn’t do it justice through pictures and obviously can’t post a video to show the rest of the damage since you have to wiggle it to notice how loose it is now.)

Had my motorhome washed here. They did an OK job. I wasted $20 on the "hand dry." All they did was smear the water spots around into smaller water spots. At least I didn't have to wait a long as I would have at Blue Beacon for a mediocre wash job.

I drive a super tanker with ozinga. And I literally come here once to twice a week. For the truck wash. They are all, very kind, sweet, and do anamazing job on cleaning the tractor and tanker. They do a great job on cleaning them. Best and only place i will go to... thanks yall.
