So I booked an appointment online for Tuesday May 30th at 10:30am. I get an email asking to move it to 12pm, no problem at all. They hit me up again and ask to move it to 3pm. Things happen totally get it. Then at 2:55pm they let me know they can’t make it at all. But they can come Friday June 2nd at 10:30. I am bummed but totally get it. At 10:40 no one is here, so I reach out. No response. I call, no response, and text no response. Got ghosted by a company I wanted to spend $400 bucks with. Seems crazy to me that they would be this unprofessional as to not even reply. I would suggest going elsewhere don’t think these guys want business.

Eric is the most kind hearted and understanding and empathetic person I've met in a long time. My BFFs dog was injured and as a result of racing to the vet, there was blood in the carpet and upholstery. I wanted to get that taken care of for her so she would not have to see it. I found Eric on Google Maps, reached out to him, and explained the situation. He was at her house in under 2 hours. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ That's not just hustle, that's heart! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ The upholstery and carpet came out great, and you made today a little less stressful for a family already suffering over their fur baby. Thank you!!!

I had an appointment for 12. They asked me to change it to 4pm and I said ok. After 4pm I started texting and calling asking where they were. I finally got a text 22min later that they were running behind which I said was fine I just wanted to confirm they could get it done. 530pm I text and called again. Over 30 min went by and I just cancelled. Horrible communication and it put me in a bad spot. I could have chosen a different place to get this done but instead I have to drive to a car wash at 630pm to get this car cleaned before tomorrow. Don’t use these people.

To start off 5 starts is not enough. Not even close. These guys always go above and beyond. My Husband and I have multiple vehicles; cars, trucks, and motorcycle. We have had them wash detail inside and out on all of our vehicles. We started rotating them threw to have them all ceramic coated and protected. I can not express how amazing our vehicles look. They got tar off the lower skirting of my mustang that's been stuck for years. Like I said 5 starts is not enough. Trust these guys take your vehicles to them. You will never be disappointed. They stay in contact send pictures and keep us informed the whole time they have our vehicles. Keep them safe and locked up over night. 10/10 recommend them to everyone.
