Despicable. I bought a coffee for a homeless person and the cashier got upset with me! He said that there are ‘programs’ for homeless and that they don’t need our charity. Horrible.

Wow. Just passing through and needed gas and munchies for everyone in the SUV before heading home. There was a younger "gentleman" working behind the counter at approximately 8:30 pm on Sunday, December 19th. Management can pull the video to verify this. For 10+ minutes I just stood directly in front of this employee asking several times if he could help me (by simply taking my money for gas). He just ignored me and kept on eating his noodles behind the register. And ALL of this was happening while he was listening to some sort of profane laced talk radio. I'm so glad I didn't bring my son and daughter inside. Finally, once the line had grown to myself and two others, he said "I can help you all at this register", ...after I stood there ignored for 10 minutes. I asked him, "Why did I stand here while you ignored me for 10 minutes?" He replied, "I was eating my noodles". I responded with, "That you were and I will now be doing business from here forward with your competitor" and I then walked out. Last I remember of Chico is that it was and is a college town with an ABUNDANCE of students that need jobs. Management, raise your bar and standards. Don't tolerate unprofessional people.

Just charge .35 for card swipes. Starting to one star all cash stations that charge .10 more per gallon because a card was used. The “its on the sign” speech that is taught to the employee has to come from the top, and doesn’t mean it’s not robbery.

In my expectations so far, Speedway has one of the best loyalty programs compared to other convince stores. As for this location trying to find a way in from the road can be challenging. There are gas pumps located on both sides of the store which can be confusing. Overall great prices and rewards! Definitely recommend!

I went inside and prepaid $20 to get the price on the sign. I was charged 15 cents over per gallon. The price must match. It was also very uncomfortable to have a man waiting at my car when I got back out to my vehicle asking me for gas money. Overall a bad experience but also false advertising. That's the law, get with it.

Come here to get gas all the time but today went in to get a deal they have on their website/app and they don’t honor it cause they didn’t have pizza so they wouldn’t honor the deal….. seems you should substitute an item if you don’t have it.

Been here 100’s of times, always friendly, professional and quick service. I always grab a couple of snacks while getting gas to help support the business. Could be a little hard to get in and out of during rush hours. Excellent job speedway! Keep up the good work!
