I used to dislike harbor freight so much until now how I realize they are the cheapest tools around town with mostly lifetime warranty now, they have a bunch of weird crazy custom tools that I want to make sometime and their tools are actually getting a lot better. Plenty of parking but always packed, the parking lot doesn't look too safe cause there always homeless walking around and always busy area. I don't really care for customers service only for their business. One time I did over heard another worker cussing out another Co worker on their walkie talkies on the floor full of customers.

Even before we got there I called and asked them questions about a power washer. The employee I spoke with was so helpful that we immediately made the trip over from Corning. When we got to the store we had excellent help finding the power washers and even answering questions we hadn't thought of yet. Then while at the register an employee came over to our register and informed we had a coupon for money off on this purchase. Everyone was happy I think they like working there. I know we like shopping there.

Tons of tools for great prices. They have the super cheap but they also have higher quality too for medium prices. Certain things are fantastic buys at this store such as work gloves. You just have to buy stuff and try it out, sometimes it's junky but a lot of the times it's not and when it's not it is saving you a lot of money so it makes it worth it. In the long run you get to try out a lot more tools then you would have if you just bought bigger name brands. A must go to place for tool users

Went to Harbor Freight to grab these and couldn't find them. A young lady, maybe 13yo, was walking around the store so I asked if she worked there and she told me no but that she pretty much lived there and asked what I was looking for so I showed her the pic on my phone and I was now looking with her. Without success, she says, "I pretty much live here because of my Dad. He's always shopping for something. Let's go ask him." She takes me to her very nice-looking dad, and he takes me right to them. These 2 were cute and made this a fun, enjoyable trip to the tool store. If Dad is single, he should look me up.

The employees work really hard to meet my needs when I go in there and ask for help with anything. they're always friendly and helpful. The products are hit or miss. it is what it is. China freight. but that's not a bad thing. there are a lot of tools here that you can't find anywhere else in a pinch. I bought some tools from Lowe's, some from home Depot, from local hardware stores, and there are some things I just will not buy at HF because the quality is so poor. like drill bits. just don't even waste your time, they'll snap on the first hole. Even the so-called titanium bit popped like cast iron. That was my experience anyway. other products have worked really well. like a shop press for pushing out vehicle bushings. That worked great. really helpful tool there. I've bought several car jacks that all work fine, had no problems with them after a few years. tool socket wrenches are rather terrible. but for the price, I don't think icon is superior to the blue brand at Lowe's. for HQ tools, I prefer Lowe's. whatever it's called. The Bauer brand at HF is pretty good. as far as electric tools go. I've had no problems with the battery powered cordless tools. they've worked really well. but for impact wrenches, I prefer Lowe's brand.

This is where I go to purchase anything myself or family members or friends need as far as tools are concerned. They have a good variety of accessories. They have friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. In fact, I’ll say, whoever is doing the hiring for this location - you have some great people here really keeping things rolling.

With the prices of everything nowadays this place is really nice to have in your neighborhood. I’ve saved thousands of dollars on tools here. Become a member and save even more and they have a lifetime warranty on their hand tools. With the warranties and the return policies you really can’t go wrong. Highly recommended!

Ok so harbor freight I love you but i’m posting this review because ya’ll slacking on the cleanliness for real. Im talking about this location specifically. You guys are worse than a bathroom at a cheap tire shop. Sorry, but seriously cleaning and sanitizing ain’t that hard. Seen a few employees doing nothing, when ya’ll coulda grabbed a bucket, a brush, some bleach and some rags. Because WHAT is going on in that restroom. I snapped some pics, paid for my stuff, and ran right out, had to use the restroom at the gas station. Even the soap dispenser looking scary.

Don't like the fact that when the $250 nail gun I bought fired repeatedly when set to single shot. Instructions said to return the item to be serviced.So I did and they said it would cost me 20% restocking fee. I said it needs repair not restocking so another unsuspecting customer will have the sa.e problem. That's a $50 hit not to mention the $79 box of coiled nails Iam stuck with. I asked for a replacement nail gun but they had none left and none would be coming soon. They accused me of using the gun and returning it for full refund. I said just give me a nail gun that works, I need it to finish a siding job I was doing. I should charge them for loosing half a days work. They finally had no choice but to refund the full amount due to their lack of stock of the product. Don't like being treated like a criminal where I spend several thousand dollars yearly at this store and rarely had to return anything unless it didn't work. So then I went to HD and bought a Mikita nail gun for even less. That Makita performed flawless and it only cost $15 for a small box of nails. Not a happy customer.

Good to great prices for what they do carry. Quite a large selection. Be careful as some items may be lesser quality. But you should be using this place to keep your garage stocked. The staff is more than helpful!

Your return policy is trash. Why charge a 20% restock fee for an item you sell that is defective? Are you going to "restock" the defective item? I was told it was for the "shipping cost" back to the manufacturer? Receipt also says " unsatisfied" it was most definitely defective. I was told the manager wouldnt do anything about the situation either. Eduardo was NO help whats so ever and said there's nothing he can do. Go spend the extra $10bucks and go somewhere else.

My first visit to Harbor Freight to pick up a tool for a specific job. Good pricing. Staff was very friendly and fun. They seemed to enjoy their jobs a great deal. I will be coming back.
