Great bunch of guys . True story the place was closed and my oil light was on I pulled over on the lot just as I was doing so this guy is pulling up (which happens to be the owner)I explained that I didn't think that I could make it any further he popped the hood informed me that I was out of oil completely then took it upon himself to correct the problem for me on a promise I would come back to pay which I did . I didn't find out he was the owner til I went back the following day looking for the tech that helped me out. Now that's an act of kindness!

I have to come here for my oil changes and I always get the rudest guy helping me. I wish I didnt have to come here, but my grandparents like this shop and I respect that so I will continue to come, of course. Don't get me wrong either--they get the job done but its not a comforting place to be for a young female alone. Workman ship, it's pretty good. Customer service, it's not so good. I just wish it was a more welcoming environment when I personally came in. Who knows maybe it's just me catching this guy on the wrong day everytime I come in but I wish it were a better expirience for us both.

My dad recommended me to Speed Lube a couple years ago and now they're my go to for my vehicles. They are so trustworthy, efficient, and honest. They don't make me feel stupid for not knowing things. They are a local, great company. They have free drinks, magazines, and a friendly office to wait in. I highly recommend coming to Speed Lube, at both Bluff and Mall locations rather than anywhere else in town. I'm not saying they're as cheap as Walmart or others, but the quality is way better.

Usually really quick. Can get in and back on the road before lunch break is over. Not sure what is going on today. Only 3 cars in the bays. Waited to get in even though 3 bays empty. Watched 2 others leave. I would but I really need an oil change. Frustrating as I watch 2 guys washing windows on one car as slowly as humanly possible. One guy checked the air in all four tires … twice?!? Did not add any air. What’s up Speed Lube?!? One guy ate a sandwich while others talking… walking around. I need guy couldn’t keep his vape out of his mounts for more than 40 seconds! (That’s gotta be expensive!). Anyway, The idea of a 10 minute oil change is now 40 to 60 minutes … don’t try it on your lunch break!! Will not be back here!

I have been here a few times for an oil change. I went in today for an oil change, and also asked about a tire rotation. They checked my tires and said they were worn, that it wouldn’t do good to charge me to rotate them when I would just need new tires. I appreciated the honesty (have 50k miles on my tires). It came time for the oil change. I sat In the lobby for 2 minutes before he came back to tell me I wasnt at my mileage yet, I still had 2k miles to go. I said I was over on my date, and he said he would check the oil levels and everything but thought I could go another 2k. He came back and sent me on my way. I said, do I at least owe you for the vacuuming? I saw there was a guy in there doing that already. He said don’t worry about it. They will continue to receive my business for their honesty, when I know other companies could charge me when I didn’t need anything at all!

Got oil changed, had to return two days later because I was leaking oil all over since then. Fourth location I have had issues with! No more College Ave will make up any excuse not to rotate your tires Eastland/Route 9 will make up any excuse not to your tires Quit going to the Center Street location due to oil leaks after oil changes Now the owner will respond, I take these matters seriously, call me…..and when you do he won’t respond

This is an amazing place! In and out in 10 minutes, even though there were 4 cars in the garage at once. They were very respectful and told me all my fluids were good and up to date! My oil life was reset to 100% AND they even vacuumed out the inside of my car! Great customer service! I will be back!!

They are very honest and pleasant. Fast service. There was an elderly gentleman who arrived and dropped his car off with 2000 before needing a change. They let him know it was clean and full and they would change it but did not want to take his money if the service was not needed. We need more people like this in the world!

Fast and friendly service. Really hard to beat. EDIT: I've been getting my oil changes here for fifteen or so years off and on, throughout three vehicles. I've never had them do anything at the shop that has made me go to another shop, but I have had them point out potential issues before they became actual issues, and most recently they even managed to remove a rodent from the blower cage for my AC. I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU'RE GETTING YOUR OIL CHANGES DONE, BUT YOU SHOULD BE GETTING THEM DONE HERE. The caps lock was accidental but I'm leaving it.

NEVER WILL GO HERE AGAIN! Ive been a loyal customer since 1981because I went to school with the former management Mike who passed away a number of years back. Mike was an honest man! This shop broke my oil filter cover on a Jeep Cherokee and the told me it was a design flaw. After I talked to the Jeep dealership they told me exact what Speed Lube did wrong. They over tighten the cover then the next time I went to get the oil changed it cracked taking it off. When I called Speed Lube manager about it I was yell at over the phone and same story with the area manager! At the time the part cost around $350 and they would not take responsibility. Havent been back in years!!!

I have been using this facility for my oil changes for 25 plus years. They were fantastic before now they are slipping big time. The old manager died a year or so ago and since then service has been bad. I recently did a transmission flush on my vehicle and notice 6 of the bolts holding the maintenance shield in place under my vehicle where missing. I assumed this happened over the course of the last few years worth of oil changes. I can understand loosing one or two, but 6. the shield was barely hanging on. I then had them ask some other customer about my in cabin air filter which they proceeded to replace without my approval. Then when i said something about the charge they acted like i was at fault. I was never asked. I discovered later that during that same visit they failed to fill the washer fluid which ran out shortly after and they left the cap off of the washer fluid reservoir. After discovering this i checked the cabin filter and the cover was left off of that as well. If i can't trust them with the simple things, how can i trust them with something vital to my vehicles engine maintenance. I will not be going back. I would rather do the oil change myself.
