My First Day using my Unlimited Wash an i have to say this place is awesome. It is far more than an automated wash. I was greeted by Gonzalo today and he told me not only is the vacuum available but also the blower too. I told him i love my black cars and this spring time pollen is making my car yellow 😂 As well i would like to mention Louis from yesterday who signed me up for this awesome service. It’s truly the people that make a business great not just the service and products.

I'm just getting out of this place, I paid the highest cleaning service, after going thru the machine I stopped to vacuum the interior and I found my vehicle is perfectly clean on the passenger side but not on the driver side where I saw soap stains. When ai approach one of the employees and explained the situation, he answered pointing at his head, you should have common sense this needs to be hand-wash. I told him that is not right because the other side is clean and if that was the case they should have told me their equipment can't take care of this issue and not charge and allow me to leave without service but instead I was charged and then treated like an idiot without listening to my situation and maybe offer a solution to this situation. This is, unfortunately, the first time I had to leave a bad review, but as a business owner, customer service and upfront information are important to me. This are not permanent stains, on that area there was only dust and the hosing down this at home it comes out very easily and also I brought my vehicle before under the same conditions and it cleaned it very well, they just need to better the way they talk to customer and when in fault provide provide a solution. What really upsets me is bringing my recurrent bus8ness to this place and when a problem arise being insulted by an employee. When chances are that a simple pass under the equipment would have solved this minor issue.

This is my favorite car wash place in south florida! The prices are super affordable for a great wash, my car always looks brand new after coming here. The staff are always so nice and attentive! Shoutout to Carlos, he is the best! There was a spot on my car that did not come out with the car wash and he took the time to scrub the spot off my car free of charge!

Customer service was top-notch as soon as I pulled into the carwash Two ladies were there to help me figure out how to pay for the car wash since I’m not very experienced. This is by far my favorite car wash because of the price and the customer service. Anyone who leaves a port review is a bad customer not a bad car wash. wash they Carlos is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a car wash. He truly puts his heart into it and goes the extra mile when I was in the midst of paying for the car wash. I’m not experienced of how to pay and The Grls helped me. I wish I knew their names they were wonderful. This car wash is the best because it doesn’t cost as much and your car comes out. Looking like new. I spoke to him about shampooing my rugs that are material carpet material in the car and he went out of his way to help me truly the best experience! The best feature at this car wash is the air sprayer next to the vacuum,If you lost your credit card You have a bunch of pens and French fries were important Documents that fell and go under the seat by accident , it will blow it all out.! Best car wash ever!!!! Best customer service best price ever very reasonable less expensive than any car wash I’ve ever been to it made it more affordable to get my car cleaned!! Where can you get your car cleaned for $10 nowhere!!!!!!! I’m with Free Vacuums and Air And rags!!!! If Carlos is not Management, he definitely needs to be in Management. Rowena the manager is not very helpful and pretty rude with her indifference to issues... this place has been charging me for a year on an account that was canceled... I still have the confirmation and hand written notes from the cancelation, multiple attempts to resolve have gone unanswered by Rowenas boss....went in person and Rowena refused to even pick up a phone to help... horrible customer service and fraudulent charges.do not recommend at all. They even had the audacity to leave a fake review on my company website that was tracked back to the management in this company... horrible, need a solution.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The customer service was absolutely amazing Rowena went above and beyond and made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate how welcoming and helpful she was I highly recommend everyone come by and visit this car wash. The wash itself was great, and the free vacuums afterward are a huge bonus. Definitely worth it I’ll be back for sure!
