Just had my truck done guys get finished drying off and told me they forgot to close my door so my driver seat is soaking wet. Didn’t even try to wipe up water inside the truck at all. Was so 😡I just left should have went and talk to the manager will not be going back there.

Don’t leave any VALUABLE BELONGINGS in your car, they will steal it cause I’m leaving right now after arguing with the manager of this because I use MEDICINAL MJ to treat not just my PTSD, anxiety but also for my Sickle Cell SS when in crisis!!

They did a great job on my car and were even able to clean my wheels thoroughly, which had a ton of baked on black brake dust. I like that I can put the tip on the card as I never carry cash. I just wish I had tipped them more.

I arrived at 8:15 am. Sign says they are open at 8. Guy asks me what I want and I said umm a car wash. He tells me they open at 8:30. I’m staring at a sign that says 8. Oh well, Car Spa in Davie is actually open when it says it is open.

Horrible carwash, did not even clean or at least vacuum and gave the excuse it was for privacy when I am paying and giving access to the interior of the car and paying for inside cleaning

Worst experience I’ve ever had with another business. I brought in my car to get it washed. My car had minor damage to the driver side mirror. The workers told me they noticed it but still decided to push it though the machine wash. They claim that’s what broke it. I know that is a lie because I’ve passed it through machine washed dozens of times without an issue. I am certain one of the workers tried pushing the mirror and broke it. The owner of the wash wasn’t there and they refused to tell me when he would be in or how I could communicate with him. One top of this I had to pay for the wash before they started including tip. $64 and I have a very generous tip of $35. They had only vaccummed my car and given a light wash to my car but hadn’t finished the detailing and wax. I asked for a refund so I could leave but they told me they are unable to. Makes no sense that im forced to pay for the full service before it starts including tips but don’t have an option for a refund. The 2 workers who were speaking with me kept walking away which made me very suspicious of whatever conversations they were having. They refuse to let me speak with the owner and tell me to file a police report. Went in for a $65 car wash and I left with the job unfinished and possibly $1000 or more in repairs. Awful experience. There a hundreds of other car washes please do not go to this one!! No one there can be trusted
