We are the membership here for a long time. However, after we washed my car last Thursday (6.16.2022), I found my fender came off and it only happened after I washed my car and get back home. (10 mins drive back home and it's the same route everyday). We went back to them and they refuse to admit it was their fault. In this case, we wanted to check the camera if the fender was fallen before we washed the car but they never reply since now. In addition, they even charge the monthly cost at the day we told them we want to cancel the membership. And like other reviews, they cannot wash the car properly and the value doesn't match their service.

I brought them a fairly clean car. I got back a slightly cleaner car. A lot of water stains on the exterior. Multiple places that were not even touched by their automated washing machine. The wheels were barely touched too. Some bugs that were dried out in the front of the car are still there. Quite bad job on the interior as well. I have all weather mats that they just wet. As soon as they dried up all the dirt was still there. The windows and windshield looked ok as soon as I picked the car up but were all fogged up with clear lines when I went in the garage and it was a bit darker. Definitely not safe to drive during the night - I’ll have to clean the windshield again. The surfaces had dust marks all over. Overall a very bad job. Barely touched my car and some places are even worse than they were when I dropped it off. And all that for their “full service”, $31. I’m definitely not going back. Just... sad.

BEAUTIFUL JOB! Couldn't be happier, I got the $229 bumper to bumper, was there for over an hour, which I planned for. Id be a little worried if I was in and out in a half hour, I wouldn't want to be, id rather the time taken properly on my vehicle and they did. Its the Lynn location I think they need a little training, I live in Lynn and go the Malden location.

Watch out when you go in this place .. just expend 70$ in a “super clean “ and they don’t even wiped the seats . I went back and they told me is not part of clean the car , never go back because for 70$ I expected my car to be clean or I pay my son 20$ To do the job and I guarantee a 8 years old boy does a better job than sparkling car wash

i called around a few places and nobody offered these services or was taking any appts. i got great directions about where to park. waiting area had nice music outdoor sunny seating. they even did the trunk and didnt charge extra. car looks brand new i will definately come again

Terrible job, they used something that took the color off my car and left scratches! I went to speak to the person in charge and they completely ignored the problem. Terrible, I'll never go back!!!

Not happy.... just left there (August 8, 2021). I just got this car and it needed to be cleaned, I wasn't expecting a "detail" but I expect what I paid for and left a generous tip...they didn't bother to clean the front compartment, the shifter or the front and back cup holders....They didn't even bother to just wipe the seats off quick...paid $40 for the service and I tipped $12!!!! Never again! I should go back and complain but I doubt it will get me anywhere....not happy. When it was the other owners (Sonny's) they would never ever let a car leave looking like this!

This is by far the worse interior cleaning I have experienced in my life. We have a few rentals and I came to Sparkling today because it was convenient they did a terrible job and charged 45$ for it. The job was so terrible done that I spend 45 m more cleaning and wiping vacuuming. My Dyson did a petter job. The seats were not clean the doors the cup holder. Very disappointed. Scrub in Woburn does way way way better job. Million times more better. The car shines when you pick it up. I’m never going back here ever again.

Highly recommend! I have been coming here for years for the full service car wash. In and out in less than 15 minutes each time, and a clean car. The entire staff is friendly and I am always greeted with a smile from the time I check in, to the staff doing final touches. Worth every dollar.

It was easy to check-in. They were also quick to finish. I guess that comes with a price because they made little effort to clean my car appropriately. I paid to have my car cleaned outside and inside and it looks like a 5 year old cleaned it. As you can tell by the pictures, they didn’t vaccum the car well and my seats and various areas around the car are still visibly dirty. I did ask one of the people working there to clean the car better and all he did was wipe the console. WHAT A HORRIBLE JOB!

I tried this place to wash my car, having paid $150 for their services. However, after waiting for the promised 45 minutes, I discovered that my car wasn't washed properly, the doors were untouched, and the interior was left soaking wet, to add insult to injury, they placed my new car mats on top of the existing dirtiness, hoping to address the issue I returned the next day, only to encounter a rude and unhelpful manager, his insults and lack of customer service were beyond disappointing, Instead of resolving the problem, only one employee attempted to clean my car while the others idly sat around, I had some stuff in the car that they took off and didn’t put it back until I went and asked for them,this entire experience left me furious and deeply dissatisfied. Spending a significant amount of money for such subpar service and disrespectful treatment is unacceptable. I want to emphasize that I will never return to this car wash, and I strongly discourage others from patronizing it as well, the combination of poor service and disrespectful behavior has ensured the loss of a customer forever.

Solid, dependable wash. I do exterior only, so it tends to be a quick process unless there's a line. They'll always try to sell a card with multiple washes (e.g. 5 washes for the price of 3 the last time I went). I go enough during the winter that I don't mind it. If it's something that bothers you, then take that into consideration. Otherwise, I'm happy with the results and it's a convenient location to where I live.

You would expect to have a very clean car after paying $44.99 for full service. Unfortunately that was not the case. Not planning on visiting this place ever again.

Disappointed with the service. We brought our car in for a full clean after a weekend at the beach, but unfortunately, it was poorly done. There was still sand throughout the interior, dust everywhere, visible stains on the doors, and even dead bugs left on the bumper. It didn’t feel like a thorough job at all.
