I ALWAYS use Sparkling image to keep my vehicle spotless. I work in Malden, MA, so I go to use their services regularly. Today, I had to take a trip up to NH to get some items and swung in to see if they are as good as the Malden branch. They are not as good, they are FAR SUPERIOR! The interior and exterior looks and smells like it did 5 months ago as a brand new vehicle. They went as far as to detail my floor mats! Hendrick and his team were kind, pleasant, professional and just blew me away! If it had an option for more stars to give, they'd receive 25! Go see Hendrick, you'll never go anywhere else again for your car.

This was amazing the people at sparkling image are the best they took my car through the wash and when we get out the other side, they said hang on we want you to go through again and when I went through again, my truck came out as shiny as could be. They got all the dirt. Every little piece of dirt on my truck was just clean and sparkly. They did a great job. they went way over and above. Hendrick was amazing. These people are wonderful. I always get my oil change there and I always get my car wash there and I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else. They are top notch. I appreciate a business like this. So glad I found them a long time ago. Appreciate you guys. Thank you.

I enjoy this place and their wash does a good job….the complaints I have include that the wash never rinses all the soap off and the dryers could do a better job. Having a wet spots on the hood and soap still on the windows is better than a dirty truck but should be addressed.

Marin, Connor, and Bryan did a great job on my oil change. Which is not easy on my Cadillac XTS. They explained all my options and let me make my decisions. They didn’t push any items on me. It was a pleasant experience which I will be coming to you from now on.

Went to the car wash today to use their free vacuum and Hendrick came over to our car and offer a spot that the car wash didn’t pick up because the car was dirty. Then he gave us another car wash to tidy things up and hand dried our car. You never see that anymore at a car wash. It’s normally wash go see you later. This was awesome. Will be back.

Hendricks especially is a cool manager and will go above and beyond to make sure you leave a happy customer which not a lot of places or people will do. I went in for a simple oil change and left thinking everything was fine. When I got home, I found a large puddle of oil under my truck. I had to take it straight to my dealership, where they confirmed the oil filter was installed incorrectly. Once they replaced it, the leak stopped immediately. This careless mistake could have destroyed my engine. I contacted Human Resources and was insultingly offered only $50, even though I was forced to pay over $200 out of pocket to fix their error. This shows a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. I would not trust this place with any vehicle and wouldn’t even give them one star if I had the option.

This place is so close to home, but I just recently tried it for the first time and it did not disappoint! I got my oil changed and my car detailed inside and out. It looked brand new! The entire process was convenient and seamless and I will definitely be going again! Staff was very friendly. The manager, Bryan, made sure I was satisfied with everything that was done before I left!

Went in to bring the wife's car for an oil change, was able to get right in, stayed in the car and they did the oil change, topped off all fluids, did a safety check and I was out of there in 10 minutes. The entire staff was professional, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend if you are in a rush and need to get an oil change. Pleasant surprise as well as you get a free car wash with the oil change.

I took my car to sparkle car wash in Nashua, New Hampshire on Daniel Webster Highway for the first time on a referral from a friend, I have an SUV that I purchased with extreme dog care all throughout the car as well as dirty door, jams and dirty seats floor door panels. I’m not sure but I believe a young lady that was employed there may have done the whole job by herself if there were other people helping her that I did not see they all did a great job,She did an unbelievable job. The car looked and smelled great. It cost me $199 and was well worth it. They had it for three hours. She deserved more of a tip than I was able to give her at the time. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that needs their interior done

I went back with my receipt unsatisfied with the first wash and the result was the same (see image). They literally do nothing to clean the back of your car. This is what my car looked like after the second wash in just a few days. Many car washes have an attendant to wash the back of your car as you enter the wash. They do not. Not worth the $25 or the trip. I recommend going somewhere else.
